I've also reviewed on google, about a month back....these guys are friendly, fun, professional, and did a great job for the BEST price using the best glass - I had a crack in my windshield that finally traveled its way far enough that it wouldn't pass inspection. I got a quote over the phone and the next day in about an hour's time I had a brand new windshield. It's perfect. I drove from Raleigh to Pittsburgh and back (over 1000 miles) just a few days after it was installed and then again over Thanksgiving. Absolutely perfect, no wind/whistling issues, no temp/weather change issues, fits like a glove. They will come to you or you can go to their office for replacement - I had a great conversation with Bill when I went to their office! Will be going back in the spring for my driver's side window motor - Bill took the time to explain to me all the inner workings of the window and how they work together to push up and pull down the window itself. Really cares about you, your car, and doing what's right.

Wow. I am not a review writer. But after my experience at Registers I had to pen a note. It is lost on most companies today the importance of exceeding the customer expectations. Registers has written the manual on excellence at the same time providing me with options for install, replacement and time. I did not want to use one of the corporate glass companies as they look at you as an invoice number. Bill was kind, informative and careful to explain my options. A rarity in todays challenging business climate. I ordered my replacement glass from an online Toyota dealer and had it sent to me. Bill even verified my part number to make sure I would be ordering the correct one, Who does that? Registers Glass does! Bill quoted me a price of $150.00 to install, half of what the traditional glass companies wanted. I had it installed in less than 60 minutes and it was perfect. Bill charged a little less than quoted because it went in easier than anticipated. I had a rubber seal that Toyota told me I had to install with the back glass, it was not needed. I was able to send it back for a $75.00 credit. What a pleasant experience, polished, professional, informative. I highly recommend this company, one of the few of a disappearing bread of the "good guys" in the business world!

This was a WONDERFUL experience. I came by for assessment of my car's problems and for an estimate of the cost. The appointment to complete the repair was made for the next morning. The work was done quickly and proficiently. The cost was great! I wish more businesses had the ethics and attention to detail that this shop exemplified. If I have glass needs in the future, I will definitely return to this shop. I will refer my friends to this vendor.

This company was wonderful in their responsiveness, professionalism, promptness, communication and pricing. They responded the morning of the next business day with a quote. I have compared prices and decided that this price was very competitive, so I made an appointment for two days later. They called, as promised, within the exact timeframe promised. We met shortly after. I no sooner went into the building I was working in when they called and the job was completed. Perfectly installed, everything put back on window (microphone, EZPass, mirror, even the oil change sticker! The only difference was that my window was flawless. I will be recommending this company to all of my friends, family, and coworkers.

I used them twice this month. They repaired my wife's windshield from her car for the last time I saw them. I will recommend this company to other people. Their price is fair. They were courteous and good.

Rear window of my car would not go up or down. I called the dealer who quoted a price of $475 to replace rear window regulator. I then called Register's Glass, the provider, and spoke with Bill, the owner. Bill suggested that I bring my car in for inspection. Once the cause of the problem was verified, Bill suggested that the least expensive option would be for me to purchase a window regulator myself from a nearby retailor and return to Register's for installation. The part cost $73 and the inspection and repair cost $125, for a total of $198, $277 less than the dealer's quote. My time picking up the part and returning it to the provider took less than an hour. The time to fix the problem took about an hour, which is what the dealer estimated. Needless to say, the savings was well worth my time. One month later the window continues to work well

Bill is the best. He explained to me in detail what to do to hold existing glass in place while I crossed town to have the window checked out for repair. Because I did not have hazard insurance on my car windows at the time, he offered to me ways to keep down the price of replacing the window, as I was looking to save money. He directed me to a local salvage store that had the window. I delivered the window to Bill at the appointed time and within 15 minutes, the window was installed and good as new. I have now had another front windshield installed by Registers. They will come to your residence or to your place of employment to make repairs as convenient as possible. I guarantee you will find no better or more professional glass service anywhere in the US. We are fortunate to have this service in Raleigh.

They responded by sending someone out within hours of our request. They work to find the least expensive windshield that meets the requirements for the vehicle and in the second replacement, they passed on some savings to us when they were able to save on the wholesale purchase of the windshield.
