+ 1 moreThey repaired the drywall and painted a coat of Kilz. However, the ceiling still appeared to need a 2nd coat which the company would not do without additional payments. Their estimate for repairing the deficiencies noted on a home inspection report plus power washing and painting the house came to $ 8,535.25. I ended up parceling out the jobs and it cost me less than $4000
Description of Work: Patch and paint garage ceiling. Ceiling was in very bad shape with broken plaster and water stains.
