replacement windows
+ -1 moreAt the home show, I told John that I would contact him in a week to schedule a time for him to come to the house to measure the windows for a quotation on the job. John did get back to me on September 30th, with a rough quote for the work, and indicated that he would call me in a few days to schedule an appointment to measure the windows early the next week (first week of October). I gave him my phone number and waited .... Repeatedly tried to contact John, but here it is OCTOBER 31st, and I am still waiting for his call. Originally, I had hoped to have the window screens in before the snow flies, but that does not look possible now. I will look for someone else going forward, who can provide me with prompt service with a little customer service on the side.
Description of Work: I met the service provider, John Steckenrider of Reel Screens of Raleigh, at the Raleigh Fall Home Show on September 8th, 2011. I wanted to replacement screen windows installed on a number of the double-hung windows in my home.
