Description of Work: Repaired the leaking underground water line downstream of the water meter. The work was done right and on time but much more expensive than what I estimated.

Description of Work: He fixed the innards of my toilet. The tank kept leaking and water had been running, and he repaired it.

Description of Work: He replaced the water line in the front yard of the home.

Description of Work: I called him because of a drip from the sprayer hose in the kitchen sink. On the phone I mentioned that the drain was also slow. He said he could come out that afternoon. When he arrived he found that the drip was coming from the body of the faucet, not the sprayer hose connection. He gave me the choice of buying my own faucet and he would come back to install it, or allowing him to go buy a faucet from his supplier; I chose the latter. My wife wanted lever handles and a tall spigot. Bernie called from the supplier saying they had what she wanted, but only the model with no sprayer. They could order one with a sprayer, and he could install it when it came in. My wife said the sprayer did not matter, so he came back with what they had and installed it. He then checked out the slow drain and figured out how to go up on the roof and put a power auger down the vent pipe for the sink. That took a little while but did clean out the drain.
