Kenneth showed up at my place 40 min. after I placed the emergency request for malfunctioning ac. On Sunday morning! It's the third time that I used his services. Very dependable and responsive. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Kenneth Redmont. He is a professional of the highest caliber and excellent communicator. Offered me several options for fixing the fireplace (gas fire logs); clearly explained the purpose of required maintenance and repairs; suggested an alternative that turned out to be much cheaper than rival offers (for similar service); completed the work on schedule.

This was the best service I have had in 20+ years of home ownership. Kenneth was professional, personable, and rapidly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He explained exactly what he the problem was and what he was doing about it. His price was very fair. He was even nice to my kids who kept asking him questions about what he was doing. I am not a frequent review writer. I was so impressed that here I am (20 min after the service was completed) writing this review!

Very well and very pleased with result and price

I will never forget the first time Kenneth came to the house. I did not feel the furnace was heating well. Instead of looking at the unit, he went straight into the crawl space and found a large hole in my duct work. With a quick repair, I had a warm house again! Needless to say, I did not hesitate to call him when my heating/ac unit needed to be replaced. He stayed within my budget, and as always with Kenneth, I was impressed with the quality of his work. Kenneth is professional, knowledgeable, punctual, courteous, and above all honest. He is a joy to work with and I would highly recommend him!

Kenneth was wonderful and I would highly recommend this company. He was able to diagnose our issue quickly and was able to explain the issue and how these units work in great detail. He is clearly very knowledgeable and very customer service friendly. I had no idea what could have been wrong with our fireplace and if a company had said I need to replace the whole thing I wouldn't have known better. I appreciate the recommendation for the simple and low cost solution and I now have a working fireplace.

He did an excellent job, was open and honest, tried to make sure everything did not need replaced, took his time and ultimately I did have to replace it but he also cleaned the fire place, and it has been working great since! Would highly recommend him.

Kenneth was punctual, courteous, and very knowledgeable about HVAC and gas fireplaces. He completely disassembled our 20 year old gas fireplace, thoroughly cleaned the components, reassembled and tested for proper operation including tests for carbon monoxide and gas leaks. He also showed me how to properly light the pilot. I highly recommend him.

I called to set up the appointment and Kenneth instead instructed me to just try something simple (wiping off a sensor) to avoid having to pay him to come do that. He could have made easy money coming out to do that himself. Really refreshing to get that type of honesty and service these days!

It was a big deal purchase. He was okay. He couldn't get the glass doors of the fireplace which I found strange, but he was a nice guy. The price was okay. I seem to have more of a problem than he was able to deal with. He was pleasant, he was professional, but he was not able to do something that I feel was very simple which was to take the glass off in front of the fireplace.

Kenneth arrived on time and was very polite and professional. The pilot light was not functioning and he fixed the problem and reset the the logs.embers etc. . Kenneth made sure I understood what he was doing as he worked, which I really appreciated. I learned how the installation operated and when to call for service. He did a great job!

The technician was prompt, clear in communication, responsive, and addressed the problematic issue. When another issue arose after the initial servicing the technician was helpful in problem solving and conscientious about following through to make sure the repair was resolved.

and now I have a fully functioning fire! He even took the time to teach me how to light my pilot! I will definitely use again.
