Ray's was a pleasure to work with. He and his team communicated very well all the way through the process. They kept all appointments and stayed a little late on install day to finish it up instead of coming abck for a second day. Top notch work as well. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Ray provides excellent and superior service. I am a repeat customer and continue to be impressed with the quality of work provided. Ray was thoughtful in his suggestions for the most cost effective layout and advice with recommendations I did not consider. He also completely transformed a staircase from functional wooden 2x4s to a finished padded set with leftover carpet from install (which he strategically planned for in the amount ordered).

Ray suggested a carpet company that we visited to select the product. The provider showed us many styles and we selected what we wanted; the provider recorded the information and contacted Ray. Then, Ray picked up the carpet and his team delivered and installed the carpet in a few hours. The space was relatively small at 253 square feet. I would highly recommend Ray’s company to my family and friends because he and his staff are extremely professional and courteous with extraordinary customer focus and customer service!

I called Ray about 2 weeks before I needed to move into my new home to have the carpets stretched. It was during an extremely busy time but Ray was willing to do whatever he could to fit it into his team's schedule. His team was kind enough to stop by after their already full day of work and complete the project as requested. The carpet looked great and I was beyond thankful for Ray's willingness to help me when he could have easily said no.

They did a great job and were extremely kind and easy to work with. I called and left a message with multiple companies. Ray's was the only one who called me back--immediately. And then they scheduled me for the very next day! Exceptional service!

We have nothing but good things to say about Ray's crew and Ray himself. We got good advice on materials and design from Ray, who helped us through a couple of snags in our search, and Ray's crew was top-notch. We love the new floor and would definitely go back to this company for any new project.

Went great once the manufacturer got the carpet shipped. Hector, the installer, came on Thursday to install two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a Hallway with a stairway and a living room. He also had to fix a few issues we had from a previous installer. He finished on Friday afternoon and everything looks great. We have spindles on our stairs and wrap around step sides. Hector did a fantastic job. He worked the whole day without breaks, which amazed me. He was very professional and fairly quiet, he also cleaned up everything. I would recommend this carpet supplier and installer to anyone I know who needs flooring.

We are very glad we had the floors installed. It was not a flawless process but it seldom is in construction. The installers and the owner's son did absolutely everything to accommodate.

Ray was always prompt with communication, the job started and ended on time despite some circumstances beyond our control on the first day. The floors look great, and he personally addressed any and all concerns I had throughout. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Their work was outstanding and done with great efficiency. I would use these folks again in a minute if I had damage to a wood floor.

Ray was very professional and detailed when he came to my house to give me an estimate. That was the last time I saw him through the whole process. We communicated by phone and he was very easy to get in touch with by phone. My biggest complaint is that Ray used an outside company to do the actual work. I never once saw this person. He sent his workers to my house and I spoke with him one time by phone. I am pleased with the job other than a couple of glitches. Mainly communication issues with the workers.

I was very pleased with Ray and his crew from start to finish. I had other estimates for a slightly lower price, but nobody else gave me the same impression of competence and professionalism. I chose to go with my gut and I'm glad I did. The project went flawlessly with no snags. Ray was professional and easy to work with at every point along the way. I highly recommend and I hope to use him again for future projects.

The owner was really insistent on using oil-based stains when I wanted water-based stains to reduce fumes in the home because my daughter has asthma. I ended up going with another provider because of this. Additionally, oil-based stains take longer to dry which increases the time and therefore the cost of the service.

The floors in our rental property were in terrible shape. The prior owner obviously had dogs that stained the floors and had gouged/scratched deep grooves into the wood. Ray's Floors was quick to respond and had given me an estimate within a few days. We don't live at the house so I was unable to check up with Ed as he was working on the floors over a period of 3 weeks. Ed called to let me know what was happening and why it was taking so long. He explained exactly what he was doing and how he thought the floors would be after he was done. I was finally able to get over to the house Monday. The floors look great! It's obvious that Ed takes pride in his work. He did a fantastic job and made the floors look better than expected. I would like to say thank you to Ed for all your hard work! Excellent job. Floors blended so well, that you cannot tell that we had an addition to our living room! Came back to fix small areas to my liking. Stated that if I wasn't satisfied, he would redo entire job without any additional cost to me! Always prompt in answering my phone calls.

Ray Smith and company installed a new sheet vinyl floor in a 30 year old townhouse. They removed the old sheet vinyl floor and installed the new one. The installers were excellent. They carefully removed and re-installed the stained wood quarter rounds around the kitchen. They did a nice job lining up the pattern on the floor. They moved the stove and put it back without damaging the granite counters. They also moved the refrigerator, reconnected it and moved it back. Overall we were very pleased. Ray did a good job estimating the amount of material needed so we had to purchase just the right amount of sheet vinyl for the floor.

Refinished Hardwood floors. I had them move our china cabinet and unfortunately it was scratched in the process. Also, some finishing stain got on the edges of the carpet on stairs. However, they were very prompt, curtious and easy to work with.

This company did an excellent job refinishing the hardwood floors I thought were beyond repair. This was a foreclosure my wife and I purchased and the floors were in terrible condition. Everyone at Ray's Floors and More was great to work with. Ray was very personable and easy to talk to. He was never too busy to discuss with me any questions or concerns I had. They showed up the day they said they would and finished on time. They even came back to install 1 small piece of molding they forgot, again the day they said they would. I would highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again when needed.

Ray is easy to work with and goes above and beyond to find the right product! Ed Watts (hard wood installer) is A+ and knows his floors and wood! We had a slight glitch matching the current floors to the new ones but they made it happen!
