Chris did an excellent job! He is the most knowledgeable electrician I have ever come across. He made sure that he understood my needs and wants. He made suggestions that I had not thought about and that were cost effective. As an artist I wanted a different type of lighting from what the previous electrician had installed in my art studio. I wanted a true natural light-as if it were daylight mid day. He had a masterful knowledge of cool/warm lights and knew what I needed. He also hung a very large foyer lantern and did a great job-even considering things from an aesthetic as well as functional perspective. I will use him again.

Chris took care of all the issues on our list within 2 hours. In addition to being efficient, he was very polite and helpful, carefully explaining his charges up front and also explaining everything he did. We are very lucky to have found him, and we will hire him again whenever we need electrical work done.

Chris is very knowledgeable, competent and excellent is communication. He also is good at understanding what I want and translating that to a realistic and proper code based plan. I am pleased with the way he carries the task to completion sometimes on his own.

I just haven't had a lot of luck with electricians but he was much better. I thought he was excellent. He was punctual, professional, and fixed everything that I needed fixed. He was very clear on price and he was reasonably priced. I'll definitely use him again.

We called Rappl's and explained our situation. They offered to come the next day. Chris gave us a detailed explanation of every repair and talked us through a bunch of cost/benefit decisions so we didn't waste any money on needless changes. We were well informed and educated by the process.The job was done quickly and professionally. Our house was left in spotless condition and everything is in perfect working order. The price was more than reasonable and we couldn't be happier with the work. We have never had a more positive experience with a repair.

Mr. Rappl arrived on time and was very organized and competent. He had both jobs done within 90 minutes for a fair price and brought all the necessary materials to install the fan properly and repair the light switch. The rate sheet he provided beforehand prepared me for his cost, which was reasonable for the quality of work and the professionalism demonstrated. I will definitely use his services again.

Have been using Chris for over 10 years now and he is absolutely the BEST electrician ever!

I worked with a lot of contractors during my remodel / renovation and Chris stands out as the best of the best. Very professional. He knows what he is doing and he does the job right. He is a master electrician and can troubleshoot any electrical problem. If I have an electrical problem in the future, Chris will be the one I call regardless of how big or small because I want it done right. If you have an electrical problem or want to do some sort of upgrade, I give Chris my highest recommendation because he will get it done right and I would stake my reputation on it. Thanks Chris!!

We had lost power to an outlet in one of our rooms, and the electrician fixed it for us. One of the wires shorted out, and I think he installed a new outlet. He has been great and his price was reasonable. Most people don’t even give an estimate unless they come out and take a look for which there is a charge.

Chris Rappl was very professional. He did some very good work. And his pricing was very good as well. He was on time, and he really cleaned up well afterwards, he did what he said he would do.
