Description of Work: Raleigh Plumbing & Heating came out and gave us the estimate in May.

Description of Work: Really- they are all over the place with their "grades" This company did all the plumbing install for my house- built in 2001. I have used them continuously since then and have found them at times responsive and at times not. I am not exactly sure why - perhaps they are just too busy. The individual plumbers who have come to do repairs are always courteous and helpful though on occasion not successful in the repair and I have had to call them back. The last time they were here there was a part needed- they were going to call me back when they had it. After waiting for several weeks I called them and was told they hadn't heard from supplier- would check and call me right back. Never heard- so at that point I finally decided I am done with them. I am trying a different plumber.

Description of Work: Raleigh Plumbing was responsible for all of the plumbing in our new home. Their plumbers have been on time, friendly, courteous and respectful of my home. They replaced a malfunctioning faucet that was under warrenty and made several visits attempting to correct a venting problem in my upstairs bathroom. After a year and a half and four visits they finally installed a vent that solved the problem. Their new home guarantee is one year. After a year and a half I noticed a black stain on my hardwood floor around the powder room toilet. I called Raleigh Plumbing and was told I needed to speak with Gary. He indicated that the water seepage was a drainage problem that the builder needed to fix. I believed him however I was surprised that he had no interest in inspecting the problem. He seemed sure he was right. Over a period of two and a half weeks and several calls I was never able te reach him and he did not call back. I hired another plumber who pulled the toilet who found a large crack in the flange. He told me it had likely been leaking since the first flush. I contacted Gary, sent him a photo and he still denied that was the problem even though he had not inspected it. He told me it was now out of warranty, one and a half years, even though it was obvious the leak had been there a long time. He offered to have his "floor guy"install new flooring that I purchased. I hired a professional company with commercial dehumidifiers, floorers and plumbers and paid for the whole thing myself. I would like to say that I understand the profit on new construction is small for a plumbing company and they play the averages. The staff is very nice and nobody wants to pay for a builder problem. My issue is they did not attempt to do the right thing for me. Their only interest was to defer their liability. I would never use them again for anything.

Description of Work: Completely remodeled master bath and updated guest bath including all new fixtures and lighting. Extensive tiling done in master bath; completely barrier-free (no glass, or doors). Only area contractor specializing in European style open bathrooms. Their design capability and craftsmanship are as good as I've seen. This work was done by their Splash Galleries, Inc. subsidiary.

Description of Work: They are the ones who handled all the plumbing in the home we built.

Description of Work: Repaired fill valves, replaced flapper, adjusted chain, replaced toilet handle. Fixed the problems of having to hold down the toilet handle for each flush and the problem of intermittent running of the toilet in between flushes. These problems were for two toilets.

Description of Work: Raleigh Plumbing connected a new drain to my existing plumbing for our washing machine.

Description of Work: This plumbing company installed the plumbing throughout my 2400 square foot two story home. Our home is newly built so my general contractor hired this company to do everything. They worked in two bathrooms and one kitchen.

Description of Work: Raleigh Plumbing & Heating installed all the plumbing in my new single family home. I would call my house mid-sized. They put all the pipes in the walls, installed the sink in kitchen, and did all the plumbing for the bathrooms.

Description of Work: Raleigh Plumbing connected our sewer system to the city s system as our neighbor was now allowed to connect to the city system.

Description of Work: Our home is about 3900 square feet. We had a major renovation done on our home. We needed this company to do all of the plumbing for our home. This included all new toilets, sinks, and faucets to be installed. There were not any new pipes that were added they already existing.

Description of Work: Raleigh Plumbing & Heating did all the plumbing work in our home when it was built. They were also just here to repair a leaking faucet.

Description of Work: Raleigh Plumbing and Heating took care of all of our plumbing and heating needs when our new custom home was being built. They did every aspect of our three bathrooms and our kitchen, as well.
