Raleigh Locksmith Service

I called Raleigh Locksmith on 02/22/2013 said he could be here today or about 1 hr.. I was thinking that was to good to be true but he was here in 1 hr.. Changed all locks made new keys as I ask him for. He did not give estimate or did I ask for one. I just wanted him to do the work. He was here about one and haft hours did all the work and to say the least I was happy and a job well done. I will call him again and tell anyone to call Eddie any time they need a locksmith. He is the greatest.

I called Raleigh Locksmith expecting to get an appointment with in a couple days. I was surprised when Ed said he would be there within an hour. The invoice was what he said it would be over the phone. Ed was thorough, he worked quickly and efficiently while carrying on a conversation. I will use him in the future and I have recommended him to several friends and co-workers. I called several company's prior to choosing Raleigh Locksmith, they were the least expensive out of the good reviews on Angie' List.

Great experience. Did exactly as discussed, prompt, thorough and efficient. When it was done, everything worked great and the service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

They were very professional and punctual. He wasn't sure he was going to be able to re-key one of the doors without us buying a new lock, but he was able to make it work and didn't charge us any extra. I will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a locksmith.

Our back door lock was broken and we called Raleigh Locksmith. They were able to come out that evening and changed out all the locks (we decided to change all the locks since he was there and they hadn't been changed since we bought the house). It was quick and from what I could tell, reasonably priced.

We called Raleigh locksmith based on other reviews and were very satisfied with the service provided. We moved into our new house on Friday and I called on Saturday to set up the appointment for the following Monday. The owner's son arrived early and completed the work very quickly and effectively and made us 6 keys to go with our new locks. We were pleased with the promptness, professionalism, and quality of work.

The locksmith showed up on time and examined the lock. He decided that the lock would need to be disassembled. Unfortunately, the lock was attached with security screws and would require special tools that he did not have with him. He said he could come back at another time. That was OK with me. Meanwhile I removed the screws (it took a while). So when he returned (on time) he was able to quickly remove and repair the lock. He obviously knew what he was doing and I was pleased with the service

Excellent service. Kevin was prompt, prepared, and professional. I left a voicemail on Saturday expecting a call back on Monday. However, Kevin called me back on Saturday (nice surprise) and set up a time for the following week. He was on time (waiting for me when I got to the job site) knew what he was doing even on a deadbolt that had some problems and stayed focused on getting the job done right with a high level of customer service. Had a nice discount for Angie's List. I would call Raleigh Locksmith again.

He's extremely friendly and personable but doesn't waste time on idle chitchat. I would use his services again in a heartbeat and recommend him wholeheartedly.

I found Raleigh Locksmith Service on Angie's List. I was expecting it was going to be more expensive but it wasn't, I was very pleased. I called in the morning when they opened up and they were able to come within two hours and that was very good, he said it may not be until noon and he got here sooner.

I called four different Locksmiths from the Angies List Search, Raleigh Locksmith was the least expensive by $20.00. Ed asked if he could come over with in the hour, I was expecting the next day. He gave me one price, not a service call charge then an individual keyhole price and per key price. Ed called when he left his other job and was there with in the hour, plus a couple of minutes attempting to find poorly numbered street address, as promised. When he arrived he immediately went to work, he was efficient, very friendly and professional. I will recommend the company to my friends and will use them in the future.

Their price was pretty reasonable. They were excellent. I would absolutely use them again.

Ed came out very quickly and got my problem solved quickly. He did an excellent job.

I'd called to request service and they asked me to name a time. I gave them a two-hour windopw for the next day. Kevin called that morning to let me know he wouldn't be there at the start of that window but about 45 minutes into it--no problem at all for me, and I appreciated the courtesy of the call. When he arrived, he was polite and friendly, explained everything he was going to do, and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. I'd recommend them to anyone needing a locksmith.

Eddie came the very next day I called. I did have an extra service charge for after business hours, but I didn't think the charge was outrageous. He was courteous and went to work quickly doing the job in a professional and efficient manner. Would definitely use the company again if needed.

The response was excellent. Even when we encounter a problem due to poor original construction by the builder,Ed patiently worked through it to resolve the problem and complete installation of our locks.

It appears to be secure against burglary. They are excellent. They do what they say are going to do and come promptly and charge a reasonable price. They are very, very good.

I saw an ad for locksmith in my subdivision newsletter, called Ed at Raleigh Locksmith. He was very accomodating and came out the very next day. His van is well-equipped and he gets right down to the business at hand. He was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns. He rekeyed my entire house. Please note the above date and estimate of cost is a true guess as I had this done about 2 yrs ago. Using Ed was a great decision and I would recommend him to anyone as well as use him again in the future for any lock issues I might have.

The locksmith was on time, did a great job, did one door for free, gave us all the extra keys we wanted, gave us an Angie's list discount and was a pleasure to work with. They really enjoy their work and did a great job.

They were very nice and quick to respond. I called that morning and it was done that afternoon. The price was a little more than I expected but I guess that is my own fault for not asking before the work was done. I had a slight problem the next day with one of the doorknobs. I called and he went right over to fix it. I would definitely do business with this company again!

Ed troubleshooted my bolt locks, fixed the bolt/key problem, and installed a "partner keyed" bolt/knob in another location of my house. He was great! Punctual, affable, friendly, very very efficient and everything works perfectly! I would use him anytime, over and over again!
