Description of Work: We have used them for years and have been very satisfied. It helps to be under contract with them. This summer our air conditioner died necessitating replacing the entire unit. They were very responsive and helpful. We went with a different provider only because they were able to give a better price. It wasn't a huge difference but with the large price tag of a new unit every penny counts.

Description of Work: Installed a new York HVAC system along with new ducts and thermostat. | |It went well as far as I can tell. The system works and is keeping us warm. |Very expensive compared with other quotes but not all HVAC companies install York systems which is what we had for 21 year with no trouble whatsoever until it just died on us. Hope this unit serves us as well.

Description of Work: I was in the hospital when the service was provided but 2 daughters were at home when the technician arrived to do the bi-yearly check-up. Both were impressed by his knowledge and the thoroughness by which he checked EVERYTHING. They talked about it to their husbands!

Description of Work: They were more expensive other Heating and AC co. I had 2nd AC just put in for 3600.00 with 16 Seer -They put in 14 Seer which included furnace. I think it should have cost 5300,00. they also bid on the new AC that was put in for 4628.85

Description of Work: I used them on a few occasions in the past and was very satisfied with their service/repairs. However, when I called them last month when my A/C wasn't working properly I was told they weren't servicing new customers. When I explained that I wasn't a new customer, I was told they weren't servicing customers who weren't already on their regular (annual) service plan (though to be fair, I was told it was because they were already booked three weeks out). I called another company that was able to send someone out in five days, and I saved at least $100 because the amount they charged for Freon was ~$30 less per pound than RH&A had quoted me.
