Raleigh Heating and Air provides service on all brands with NATE certified technicians, free custom replacement quotes and factory trained installers. We specialize in total home comfort by offering routine maintenance programs, indoor air quality solutions, conventional heating and air systems, Mitsubishi ductless units and custom ductwork.

Description of Work: Raleigh Heating and Air proposed a design and provided a detailed estimate to install HVAC for an addition to our home. The rep, Cody, was very professional and punctual, and the estimate they provided was thorough. We had gotten 4 estimates, and this was the best price. We ended up going with the company who had installed our previous HVAC, because they matched the price quoted by Raleigh Heating and Air. If we hadn't already been in business with the other company, we would have hired Raleigh heating and Air.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job of analyzing what was needed to replace my 26 year old system. They gave me a bid for what I asked for rather than trying to convince me I needed the ultimate system. The started early on the specified day and completed the entire job in that one day. The work was neat and clean, and is working properly. You would be wise to give them a shot at your bid.

Description of Work: A/c stopped working after a storm. Called raleigh heating and air per research on angie's list. Ultimately the breaker just needed to be reset, but they still charged the service fee. Would have got my repeat business if they didn't gouge me for reseting a breaker.

Description of Work: THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME 89.99 JUST TO COME OUT AND THEN MARKED UP THE PARTS THREE TIMES THE COST AND THEN CHARGED ADDITIONAL FOR THE NEXT HOUR. WAY TOO PRICEY JUST RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. FREON COST 12-15.00 PER POUND BY GRAINGER SUPPLY. AND THEY WANT 49.00 PER POUND.

Member was apparently "price shopping" for the lowest priced company to come out as he is not a customer in our records. Most licensed heating and air companies do charge a diagnostic fee to detemine the cause of the HVAC system not working to the homeowner standards. We are licensed, insured, and hold our EPA Certification to purchase, sell, and properly charge systems with refrigerant. Our pice for refrigerant is current with industry standards. We DO NOT charge by the hour it is flate rate pricing. Customers should use our services before they are allowed to post negative comments.
