They were great to work with and did a great job. Showed up on time and completed on time. I did notice a leak about 4 days later. I called them and they responded quickly and came back out, in the middle of a storm! They not only checked where I mentioned but rechecked the entire job and fixed a couple of minor issues.

They were very good. They did a good job but their price was a little high.

Tim was great when we met for the estimate. Very honest and helpful. I really liked the fact that he had a book with photos of different things that he and his guys had completed (gutters, back porches, etc). I also like that he had the different "samples" of the type of gutters in his truck. The crew showed up early, got right to work and got the job done. Any questions or areas that they thought I should be aware of, they did not hesitate to let me know (good, bad, otherwise) but did not try to pressure me into anything- just informed me. I was babysitting that day and the guys were very respectful about cleaning up and not being loud when the baby was sleeping and I went outside- I never mentioned anything about keeping it down since they weren't loud at all but they were very polite and I appreciate that. All work was completed as on the estimate sheet. I am so happy with the completed job and will contact them for future projects.

They did a fantastic job. The owner came out on time (that's unusual in this day and age!) and explained what they would do very thoroughly. He brought samples to compare what he does with what others do. He gave me a quote and didn't pressure me at all to sign up. He said to let him know if and when I wanted to schedule the service. I scheduled the service and they came out on time. It only took a couple of hours to install gutters on my two story home. I was very pleased with it and the cost was extremely reasonable. I thought I'd have to pay twice as much. I would definitely recommend them.

The deck looks great. I don't know anything about installing gutters, so I can't say if it was done well or not, but it looks good to me :). He identified some issues with my roof installation (different people) and corrected the problem. I will be having him put siding on my house later this year. I wont lie... I did not shop around much, so I can't say what his prices were relative to others.. I chose him because he received good reviews from other members of Angie's list, and I was in a bit of a rush to find someone.

Very professional. Installed gutters in just a couple of hours. I waited six months to see how the gutters performed before writing a review. The gutters look new and perform excellent.

I WILL USE RAIN-GO AGAIN VERY SOON TO GET MY ROOF REPLACED. These guys were a little early, but not in a bad way. The worked very hard all day long and did an amazing job. Everything was exactly as they said it would be. There was some extra cost for some rotted wood they had to replace but they told me in advance that this was a possibility and showed all of the stuff that needed to be replaced. Everyone was very nice, friendly and professional. I plan to have them replace my roof soon. They are a bit pricey in my opinion, but I believe that they do good work with good materials and home repair is a bad area to cut corners. While they are not the cheapest, they are trustworthy. I had a competitor over to get another quote on the roof work I need done and he commented that "whoever did your gutters did a spectacular job." And that other contractor also does gutter and roof work, has an excellent reputation on here and really impressed me with his professionalism. Many of his comments served to confirm some of the things that Tim (Rain-Go) said to me. Since I can't believe that these competitors with such sterling reputations would be in cahoots on that type of thing, I have to believe that they're telling the truth.

Tim came out and quoted for the job which I felt was fair and he seemed very knowledgeable. Got two other quotes from different contractors that just left the quote in my mailbox and never followed up. The only downside was then having to wait for more than a month to have the gutters installed, was told they were busy with other jobs. When they were ready I got a call to schedule the install, they were on time and got the job done in a few short hours. The work was quality, gutters look great, and comes with 10 yr workmanship warranty, 20 yr material warranty. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Their work was excellent - totally positive experience. Since then, we've called them any number of times for various projects and they have always responded promptly, given us a great price and outstanding service. Our son-in-law contacted them based on our feedback and had them do a job for him - again, very satisfied customer! We've now got two projects in the queue for them and we have every confidence that they will continue their winning ways!

Tim provided the plans for what we described that we wanted. After visiting the inspector's office, Tim learned that revisions had to be made because of our septic lines. Tim made the revisions that were suitable to our expectations as well as meeting the guidelines that were needed to pass inspections. All work was done in a timely manner, even with the bad weather that we had. All the men were professional and very neat with their work. Our new porch is more than we hoped it would be. It is very sturdily built. This makes the third time that we hired Tim for services. He put up our gutters and has added guards also. We would definitely recommend Rain-Go, Inc. for your gutter or carpentry needs.

They were very fantastic people to work with.

They came when they said they would come. They did what they said they would do. They charged what they said they would charge. I've recommended them to a co-worker who also used them to repair storm damage just before closing on selling his home.

My wife and I couldn't have asked for more from Rain-Go with our recent installation. We wanted larger 6" gutters from a company with a good reputation to back the install on our new home. We got just that and more. Tim gave us a fair price and the work was done very professionally and in a timely fashion. Susan made the whole experience a pleasure. Can't wait for it to rain now. They were prompt, courteous, and quite knowledgeable.

Gutters on back of house were rusting and pulling away from rotting wood; Rain-Go came on time, provided samples, and seemed to have good quality materials. I also had rotting wood on the frame surrounding my garage and on the dormers above the garage, and was provided an estimate to repair that work as well. | |The workers came on time, worked well, were very professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The gutter job was great, and I'm very happy with that work. | |However, the wood work separate from the gutters was very disappointing. Dormers have corners: a front and a side... somehow the job was priced and quoted to do just the front, leaving the rotted (!) wood on the side. And, the current wood has a lip that would need removed to put a single piece of wood under it. Again, the price / quote was to just saw off the rotted bottom leaving a seam in the middle. Similarly, the garage was priced / quoted to do just one side. | |The employee who was to do the work pointed this out to me, and asked if that was really what I wanted; when I said no, I wanted all rotted wood removed, and basically done the way it was originally assembled, he didn't have the materials. And, of course, the price went up by about $500. | |In the end, I was very happy with the gutter job, but really caution you to clarify the scribbled spec when you first get your quote. I had written a follow up confirmation letter, but that didn't seem to make it out to my house with the workers -- just the mistaken scribbled quote. Woodwork was much more expensive and poorer quality had I found a carpenter to do the work.

What attention to detail! These guys were great. They were also accommodating in that we just had new grass come up and I asked them to not blow over the grass and they were very nice about that which I appreciate after all the hard work of reseeding. Steve was our main guy on the job and he solved a problem where we had an additional downspout that needed to be converted into one segment. Tim, the owner, loves his work and it shows. He is very enthusiastic and we enjoyed working with him. We will likely get the rest of the house done next year with new gutters. We have not had any real downpours since but we are confident everything was done right. It seems like they took their time putting the correct angle on the gutters for draining. We have a problem with deep valleys which will always require calling a gutter cleaning company out to get the debris out of them. So we only put the helmet where we have a serious tree problem for now.
