When I called Tim, I thought I might need all of our gutters replaced. Instead of doing this (which some people would have jumped on), he told me I didn't need to replace all, but only some of the gutters. This saved me money and instantly built trust with Tim. I would highly recommend him.

I researched potential vendors on Angie's List. Rain-Go came up with very high marks. I had previously solicited and got a quote from a home improvement store. Their price was more than double for less work (as they recommended). I was initially leery about using a small company vs. the home improvement store but decided to have Rain-Go stop by to give me a quote. Tim Howell, the owner was very professional, pleasant, and made some recommendations I thought were well suited for my situation. I was pleasantly surprised with his quote. Because he had done some other homes in the neighborhood (didn't know that until he told me), and because his price was much better than the home improvement store, I decided to use his service. We agreed on an installation date/time. He and crew arrived on time and finished the work in about 2 hours. His bill was $50 less than the quote, but I had already made out the check so I gave him the originally agreed price. I have waited until it has rained a couple times before writing this report. Everything works just fine. Highly recommend.

Tim was very easy to work with to estimate and schedule the job. He was willing to work with me on some changes I wanted to make after the original estimate. The job was done very quickly and professionally. The new gutters are working well.

The owner came out for the estimate and was on time, professional and very nice. It took them 3 weeks to schedule the job but when they came out they were quick and on time. I was pleasantly surprised by their price to me and I thought the ease of doing business with them offset any pangs I had about pricing (which were not much.) I would very much recommend them to any one.

Requested a quote for the addition of gutter guards for our single story ranch style home. Tim made the appointment for a quote and was responsive and prompt. He answered all of my questions satisfactorily and showed examples of their work. I did not give him an immediate decision regarding the work because we were still obtaining other estimates. Tim did not pressure the decision. I called back about a week later and scheduled the work. Tim gave me a time frame for when they could complete the job and called me 2-3 days prior to the actual work. They were fast and efficient with the installation and cleaned the work site when finished. I live on a wooded lot with trees close to the house and the guards are performing very well in the initial 30 days of installation. They blend well with the roof line and are very sturdy.

They gave me an estimate and stuck to that estimate. They were very professional, timely and responsive to any questions we had. We got a good job done for a very reasonable price.

Tim's crew did a tremendous job! It only took them a couple of hours to install high quality seamless gutters and downspouts on my entire home. They picked up all of their materials and left no mess. Excellent job. Tim (owner) should be commended for his attention to detail, perfection, and customer satisfaction. We will definitely recommend Rain-Go to others!

Very satisfied with this company! Tim was prompt to estimate the job following my initial contact via phone. He stopped by, did the estimate in writing, and was very low pressure on the follow up. After about two weeks, I selected his company for the job (I had 1 other estimate that was about 60% higher for the same work) and he offered to either schedule the work on a certain date, or to work the job in on a day when he possibly finished another job early. I opted for the latter. Tim indicated that it should be no longer than 2 weeks. About 1 week after the selection, his crew showed up to complete the work. Tim was present on the job site. His workers were courteous and the job was completed with no problems/issues. During the estimation process, I noted to Tim that I wanted to route two of the downspouts into an existing drain system. He noticed that my downspout connectors were already in place (from the prior gutters which were removed a few months ago) were too small for the downspouts that he would be installing and he pointed this out and advised me where to purchase the correctly sized connector and specifically what to ask for at the hardware store. If I had to offer one very small item for improvement, it would be that I noticed 4-6 pieces of metal shavings where they trimmed and fitted the gutters at their truck (parked in my driveway). I have a gravel drive so maybe this just got lost in the mix. It was easy to pick up on my own so not an issue. Tim left the invoice with me as requested and asked me to pay via check. I did not inquire as to other means of payment accepted since I was fine with using check as payment.

Tim was prompt for both the quote and installation appointment. The quote was a bit higher than others but he seemed to offer a superior product and better service. Also, his warranty was 5 years longer than the others. Here's a synopsis of the pros and cons: PROS: Quality materials and quick installation process. Thoughtful placement of the downspouts and splash guards. Site was clean and plantings were not damaged. They fixed a loose piece of vinyl siding at no charge. CONS: Crew was not as professional as I expected (did not introduce themselves). A little on the expensive side. Overall, I'd recommend them and use them again.

When Tim came out to do the estimate, I was impressed that he had installed examples of the types of gutters and helmets he offered on the back of his truck. He also had an example of a poorly installed gutter and the sub-standard materials used. Because they were permanently attached to the outside of his truck, you could see how the 'good' and 'bad' examples had weathered. His estimate was lower than the other two we had received from other companies in the area, and he installed them exactly as requested. The 'louvered' gutter helmets he sells have worked without a problem for the last few months. I was very satisfied with the professionalism, quality in workmanship, and price.

Rain-go came out to give me the estimate, which I thought was great. They offered seamless gutters with a downspout. They also had 10 year labor warranty with a 20 year material however then I realized they didn't include the upper level of my home. They were timely and professional when they were here.

Tim called me shortly after I requested an estimate by email. We accepted the estimate and Tim and crew came approximately 1 1/2 weeks later to do the job. The job was completed in a couple of hours. You could not tell that they had been there, except for the new gutters on our home. What Tim recommended did the job!!

Very well. Rain-Go's estimate was a little more than another company I contacted. However, I liked that they offered a 10-year warranty, plus Tim showed me exactly what they would be putting on and how their gutters differed from others in both materials and how they're constructed and installed. The actual installers were professional and efficient. For one downspout they had to cut a hole in the deck and I was surprised how neat the hole was, with only a minimal gap between the deck and the downspout.

Very professional, left no mess, and stuck to his estimate. Very punctual.

Tim was always pleasant, timely, professional, and easy to deal with. His crew performed the work when promised, and they left nothing behind (cleaned up). Job was done in less than one day. The gutters look great.

THEY ONLY WORK ON GUTTERS, SO THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. SOMEONE WAS ALWAYS HERE, EVEN WHEN THEY HAD TO GET MORE SUPPLIES. THEY HAULED ALL THE GARBAGE AWAY, TOO.
