They were quick to respond. They scheduled a date and came out. They did a great job. They were reasonably priced too.

Of the three estimates, Tim's was the most detailed and most affordable. I chose him and we set a date. He and his team showed up on the agreed on morning and they finished the job mid afternoon (as expected). A few details came up which extended the work a bit beyond the estimate, but Tim cheerfully did the additional work anyway at no extra charge. Overall, a very good professional experience and I would highly recommend Rain-Go to anyone who needs gutter repairs.

I called Tim and described to him the issue I was seeing with my leaking eave. He very promptly set up an appointment and when he was on his way over called to let me know he in route. I showed him the problem and he and his crew did a thorough job of determinig what could be causing it. He even had one crew member spraying the roof with water to see the problem. To my surprise, the gutters were functioning properly and doing what gutters are supposed to do. Tim gave me direction on where to next look for the source of my issue because it was not my gutters. I appreciate the honesty in saying that the gutters were not the problem. His crew even replaced the old and missing nails in the gutter hanger with screws. That was service above and beyond ! Tim did a great job of honestly telling me what was going on and did not try to sell me services I did not need. Great Job ! Recommended !

The work was completed is a professional manner and on estimate.

Tim called back, did the site inspection, gave me his price, and completed the work; all in a week! Not only did he do an excellent job, he also cleaned the leaves from the roof. I will recommend him to others and will use him for my house in the future. GREAT JOB!!! Update 11/19/10: I just found out that they put my gutter screens back in place with their gutters. I bought these screens and put them in place 3 years ago. So this is above and beyond for service I would heartily recommend these guys for their work and service!

This was a small job but I plan to call on Rain-Go when I need to replace my old gutters. Very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and responsive! A+ business and experience.

It was an excellent experience. He made a quote one day and came out the following day to do the work. It was not necessary for me to be there when the work was completed.

They are very good. He came out and did the estimate. He was very thorough. He showed us how the gutters would look, how they would function, etc. He provided a detailed estimate. His people worked very steadily, and they cleaned up very well.

I received a phone response to my estimate request within 2 hours of submitting it via the Rain-Go site (on a Friday afternoon). Tim came out the next day - Saturday morning - took a look, explained what he would do and why, and gave us an estimate, which turned out to be exactly what we paid. He provided options, and examples, but absolutely no pressure. He even convinced us we didn't need part of our existing gutter system. He didn't think he'd be able to do the work for a couple of weeks, but was here within 10 days and finished the job in a single afternoon. Highly recommended!

I arranged for the work by e-mail, sending a few photos with a description of the problem. This saved us both the time and expense of meeting just to do an estimate. Everyone showed up on time for the appointment. After a thorough inspection of the problem, they confirmed the work we had originally discussed and suggested one more revision as well as touching up some of the existing work. The work was finished quickly but well. In the nearly 2 months since, there has been enough rainfall to convince me their suggestions were optimal, supported by a close-up inspection of their work.

Did a great job save for some rough cuts around the trim of the house. He left them rough and unpainted. A bit of sanding and some touch of paint would have been a good idea. Fair price and otherwise good.

He was excellent and he was the lowest quote that I had. The quote was about $250.00 cheaper.

Tim Howell responded quickly to my request for an estimate to install gutters on the house I just purchased. As we walked around the house he pointed out several areas which would require a little different treatment because of the variations in the roof. He wrote up the estimate on the spot and I felt it was fair. His crew arrived on time the following week and began working on the installation. Tim arrived a short time later and the project was completed within three hours. Tim and I walked the project, he pointed out a downspout that needed to change direction and that was taken care of immediately. The project was completed to my satisfaction. Tim and his crew were professional at all times. The project was cleaned and no trash or litter was left around the house.

Tim came out the same day that I called and provided an estimate. My Uncle, who meet him at the house when he did the estimated, was so impressed with Tim and his company that he hired him on the spot to install the gutters with covers for his home as well. On the day of installation Tim arrived on time, went right to work with his team, and completed the installation in less than the estimated time. Thanks Tim!

Tim called ahead of the initial quoting appointment to let me know he was on the way, which was much appreciated. He quickly showed me my options and quoted me a price. Once I called him to accept his offer, he told me when he would come back to do the work. He called 2 days ahead of when he said he'd come back to let me know that he was planning to come, and he showed up that day as promised. All of the work was completed in one day, all of the debris was cleaned up and hauled away, and when I got home, I had all new gutters. They even replaced a rotting board without having to ask (and I couldn't tell which one they replaced because they did it so cleanly). The bill amount was exactly the amount quoted. I couldn't have asked for better service or professionalism. I highly recommend Rain-Go,

The crew were at the house unloading their equipment before we even got there. They were efficient, professional, and knowlegeable. The entire job was done in an hour. Would definitely call them again, and have referred them to friends! Great Work!

Tim reviewed all options with us, explained (with real passion!) the way that the new gutters would be fastened to the house, how the helmets would be secured, pros/cons of the different styles, etc. Our old gutters were original to the house (35 years) and had been painted to match the trim, so Tim recommended a color that would complement our home without requiring painting. Everything looks fantastic, they cleaned up all debris, and now our gutters don't leak and the house looks lovely.

I think they did a good job and I was quite satisfied with the work that was done. They are not a big company, so I was not sure what to expect. They have specific experience in gutters, which is the reason I went with them. They did a good job of cleaning up. It looks like they did a good professional work.

Easiest transaction and service call I have ever had. Mr. Howell came for estimate; we set up date for work. He came with crew; did the work; hauled away old gutters; left everything clean.

The whole process went very well. Tim was punctual when he came for the estimate and for all of the work. I felt he was honest and fair. He told me that some of the work I had requested that he priced was not needed, but would be happy to do the work if the need was apparent once the old gutters were removed. (Other contractors had recommended the work.) The work was not needed. He saved me money and provided a quality work and system. Tim's pricing was fair as well. It is nice to do business with a company that does what they promise, clean up when the job is done, and do things with integrity!
