Overall, Rain-Go did an outstanding job. Tim Howell's estimate was fair and for what I eventually got and the performance of the new gutters, it was a great deal. On the day of installation, Tim Howell and his crew arrived on time, replaced all my gutters and downspouts with leaf guards on a large, multi-roofed house in one day - they also found and replaced some rotten wood, I didn't realize that was there - another example why I needed a new gutter system. The job was finished on-time and as estimated - no surprises - the only real surprise was how good it looked and works. The new seamless, colorfast guttering really improved the look and line of the house - it looks great. We've been able to test the new gutter system with some recent heavy rains - and gone is the over-spill from the small overwhelmed gutters I had before, no more leaks, drips or splashing - I can actually stand on my front wrap around porch and not get soaked from the over-run and splashing - very nice. We had one small problem with a stubborn downspout that wouldn't drain right but Tim was out there in an instant to make it right - he did some additional piping and didn't charge me a cent - quality work and great customer service - I am very pleased. If you have any downspout or gutter work - you need to use this company.

I first called Chimneys Plus Gutters, which is local here to Pittsboro. They called me back and said they could not come out for over a week because they were out of town at a conference. I then looked up on Angies List and saw that Rain-Go had lots of great reviews. I immediately gave them a call. I got an answering machine. However, within 10 minutes, Tim Howell called me back. He set up an appointment at my home for the next day. He came out the next day and first showed me a pallet of colors. I chose one. We walked around the house and we discussed the issues involved. He said he could give me a quote on the spot. He did. It was less than I expected so I accepted it on the spot. He said he could get to it late next week. I later called back Chimneys Plus and cancelled their visit. Tim called me Wednesday and said he could do it on Friday. I asked what time? He said he would do it when convenient with me. He set the time for first thing on Friday morning. They arrived right on time at 7:45. The two installers came in a well marked truck. They were friendly and professional. Tim came later and after making some gutter sections with their seamless gutter machine, apparently had to run to Durham to pick up some more parts which he had apparently missed in the original quote. The three installers finished up and waited until he got back. I asked one of the installers to remove an old satellite dish which I thought might be in the way. He did this, even though it was a slightly more difficult than we both thought. The only reason I gave them a B for quality is because they apparently used cut pieces of metal sheeting for brackets to attach the gutter downspout to my home. Also, they cut and pieced together some awkward turns around one overhang instead of using a preformed angle downspout section. Though they assured me this was fine - and they look fine - we'll have to see how these cut and pieces hold up over time. After Tim returned, they finished up the installation. The bill was the same as he quoted earlier. He took a personal check. They cleaned up completely. They were all very pleasant guys. It was all a pleasant experience. We'll have to wait for a rain to see how the gutters work. But they look beautiful and feel solid. I'm happy to recommend Rain-go to anyone.

I just recently bought a foreclosure on a great wooded lot that had been neglected for quite a while. Gutters were trashed, fascia rotting. Yeserday, Tim and his crew replaced all of our gutters and repaired the fascia. He has several guys helping, so they got done in a day. That surprised me with a 3k + sq ft house. He was so nice and the price was by far the best of any bids I received. Also, he found several areas of the roof that need patching, an item that the house inspector never found, and called a roofer he knows to come out and look at it for us. At the end of it all, I was looking at the old gutter and how bad it was and Tim said they clean them out a bit and then it would be recycled. YAY! I've been working with a number of specialties on this house and Tim is one of the best.

When Tim,s guys finished this job it matched the rest of the house so nicely. I will recommend this company to all my friends.

I called Rain-Go for a estimate and talked with Tim and scheduled a apt. for him to come out. I had drainage problems in the front yard from the old gutters. Tim suggested a pop-up drain be installed about 13' from the house. I needed two more gutters on the back and one on the side of the house. Tim gave me a estimate for my needs for 1485.00 I called Tim to come and do the work.Tim and his crew showed up on time and got the job done same day. I paid the 1485.00 as talked about. my house looks so good. The crew did a great job and cleaned up well. Tim was on site the whole time watching the crew and giving direction. I can't wait for it to rain.

The estimate was right on. They arrived promptly, went right to work, and completed it quickly. They verified everything worked by testing with water and they cleaned up after themselves. They also replaced burnt out bulbs in a light we had at the corner of the roof when I asked them too.

I contacted Tim approximately May 3, 2011 and he came out to my house and explained his product thoroughly. There were no pressured sales. He lft a written estimate. After receiving several other high priced quotesI shose Tim for the quality of his product and his professionalism.

crew showed up on a Saturday morning and had the entire system installed by lunch time. They were great. Very knowledgeable and professional. You could not ask for a better crew.

Tim of Rain Go was professional and a man of his word. He responded to my inquiry the same day. We made an appointment for him to come out and give an estimate. He took about 15-20 to look our home over and explain our options. At the end of the meeting he gave us a written estimate to replace all gutters with a larger size and with leaf protection. Also he made a suggestion that we cap an area that had exposed pressure treated wood. After considering other contractors, we decided to go with Rain Go. The next day we contacted Tim and tentatively worked out a time when he and his crew could come out and perform the work. The day he and his guys came out they were on site at the agreed upon time. They were extremely efficient as they had the entire home completed in six hours. The work went as expected and the estimate and final price did not differ. There was no garbage or material left in our yard for us to clean up. Our home looks great and after our first rain last night it appears the gutters work without any problems. We are extremely happy with Rain Go and if my wife and I move to another home and it requires gutter work, Rain Go will be the only call we make.

The crew was on time and quickly went to work completing the project. They measured and created a more efficient downspout section than the one they replaced as well. Added some waterproofing at no charge on some nails someone had driven into the roof. I would definitely use them again.

Rarely does one get excited talking about gutters but Tim came on time to our appointment at the house and spent a good hour talking about all the options and even had numerous pictures of jobs he and his crew had done. His enthusiasm, professionalism, sense of humor, quality of materials, options, and price are the main reasons out of the 3 bids we had, we chose Rain-Go. He was able to accommodate us better than another company and his crew was back at the house in less than 2 weeks. They completed the job in just a few hours, made a couple tweaks that improved the appearance of the gutters compared to previously, and used great materials. The warranty on the work is reasonable and fair. After a heavy rain today, they held up quite well and look fantastic. The gutter protection that was installed is also fantastic and blends in so well to the roof. They included a telescopic brush that will help with the cleaning, which was a nice touch. They also miter cut a corner so that there was only one seam instead of 2 as there was before. Crew left absolutely ZERO signs that they were on site. No debris, no messed up landscaping. Overall this was a close to a perfect experience as one could have with a company. 10/10.

The job was expertly done in a timely manner, with no problems, all debris was removed and there was no disruption of plants or objects around the house. Excellent!

Overall, the job went well. They are punctual and professional. Their system of gutter caps works very well. It did not cost us anything because the work was covered by warranty. They provide a fair price. I would use them again; in fact, we already have a bid out for him because we are planning for them to come out for repair work from the tornado that went through.

The contractor returned my call shortly after a message was left. He scheduled an appointment, at my convenience and showed up on time to do the estimate. Job consisted of full gutter and drain replacement and capping off a shed. The two workers assigned showed up on the date agreed and finished in a few hours.. Professional looking job and my neighbors stopped to watch as the job proceeded. After completion of the work, the two men cleaned up the debris and hauled away the old gutters and drains. It was a great experience - some individuals don't display courtesy when dealing with a woman. This individual was professional and courteous; I would not hesitate to give a full recommendation for this company.

One January morning, 2 guys from Rain-Go show up and informs me that I requested their service. The owner of the company claims we requested the service but we had not. At any rate, the workers were there and to prevent further rain damage, I told them to go ahead with the installation. The installers were great. They worked quickly and politely. In addition, I offered them a tip but the guys refused. So refreshing!

Tim Howell came out and measured both structures and showed me my options. He explained the pros and cons of the different gutter and leaf systems. He was never in a rush and answered all of my questions. I had an idea of what the cost would be already. He quoted me their price, and it was very competetive and a little below what I had expected to pay. Tim and his crew did a highly professional job. They did not leave a mark on my home, yard, and NO debris when the job was complete. I would strongly recommend Rain-Go to everyone having this type work done. Ron Bell

Tim was prompt in providing me with an estimate; his crew came within 15 minutes of the appointed time to do the work, and was good about interacting with me to make sure what they were going to do with the new downspout met my needs. The job was finished in about 3 hours and they cleaned up any debris that resulted from their work. There were no surprizes with regard to the cost (same as estimate) and I am very pleased with how the new gutter looks.

Rain-Go told us that our gutters have a lifetime warranty with another company and provided us with the information we needed to contact the appropriate company to have our gutters repaired at no cost. The gutters were on the house when we bought it and we never would have known about the warranty if Rain-Go had not told us. We appreciate Rain-Go's promptness in responding to our call but even more we appreciate their integrity and professionalism. I wish we could have used their services.

Excellent! These guys are A+ in my book, I had gutters+covers installed and some repairs performed to the house. Everything was done as promised, quickly, neatly, efficiently. They were in and out in 1 day. I am impressed with their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing this type of work performed. The gutters are very high quality, the installation passes my persnickety (sp?) inspection standards, exactly what should be done, if things were done the right way....And they weren't the most expensive either ;0 Give these guys a call, you won't be disappointed!

Called Rain-Go, the owner came out personally the same day to give us a detailed quote, we agreed on a price and he had a team on site the next week to perform the work. It was a big job, the house is 7,500 sq. feet. The Rain-go staff was courteous, hard working, and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again on future jobs.

Rain-Go is excellent...prompt (within a day) reply by phone, written estimate by the next day, and professional work done in a timely manner (within the week) were all features of their work. They promptly repaired our sagging gutters, installed new gutters where needed, and redirected water flow from the edge of a shed roof. Also great suggestions were given on potential repairs to other water-related "problems" in our house (vapor barrier, relo of condensate line). Solved our gutter problems entirely. Highly recommended.

I had some problems with the gutter around the screen porch addition. It was leaking behind the gutters and they had to change the way it was installed to stop the leak. They were responsive and thorough. They came out the day I called them. They were very creative actually in figuring out how to do it. I was quite pleased and impressed with their solution. Also, they did not charge me much for it.
