Went fine, the workers were helpful and cordial.

I called for an estimate and was met at the house the next day by Tim. After discussing what I was trying to accomplish, Tim made measurements and gave me several options. He was not rushed and was very helpful in our discussions of what I needed. I called back the next day and we made a couple of changes to the estimate and scheduled the work for the following Monday. I checked on the progress Monday evening and other then the absence of the gutters and the presence of the new fascias, I couldn't tell that anyone had been there. They completed the job on Tuesday and it was the same. there was no sign of their being there other then the completed gutters. The whole process was completely painless and I am very satisfied with the results.

When I had my home built in 2007, I had Tim put gutters on the house. When I recently added a room -- naturally -- I had to have him come and put the gutters on that addition. As always, a wonderful job was done. They are fast, courteous, and very professional. They even gave me tips on where to direct the water and how to do it. I would definitely hire them again and would HIGHLY recommend them!

My front gutters were falling off, so I called to schedule gutter replacement. We discussed options, and I decided on replacing gutters as well as rotten wood backing them, and installing aluminum caps around the eaves of the entire house. We agreed to a time 2 weeks out. The next day my gutter came off completely in high wind. The company was very good about rescheduling service immediately given my lack of gutter protection at that point. Work was professionally done, on-time. I am very pleased with the results.

Tim Howell arrived with his working crew and began immediately on the task set before them. Very professional group of workers. It was evident that they take pride in their work and the final product exemplifed just that. Complete clean up of all debris. I would recommend Rain Go to others who want a quality job done in a very timely manner.

They were very responsive. They were polite, professional, and on time. They did exactly what they said they would.

We got an estimate the day after we called, and they were very careful about it - gave us a number but stressed that if there was more rot underneath the trim repair would cost a bit more. We were not surprised when it did turn out to be about $200 more than the quote, and felt the estimate was done well. The crew showed up and worked all day, even finishing up while it started to rain around dusk. Very efficient and polite, and the work looks great. Everything seems to work very well - no more noise from dripping, overflowing gutters, and they also used the more durable PVC trim to replace our rotten wood.

Good experience throughout. Existing gutter system was insufficient to deal with heavy rains. Tim arrived exactly when he said he would, advised on my needs and scheduled a quick replacement. The work was done while I was out and I could not see they had been until I checked the new gutters as the whole area was cleared up, no mess left. This is a long term testimonial to work that was done over four years ago. Rain-Go added a section of gutter to my house that has performed perfectly since it was installed. The service and everything was great as well. Thanks for a great job that has stood the test of time.

Tim concentrated on what we needed and provided me with a great VALUE - he could have tried to boost his revenue and still stayed WELL below the cost of the famous guys. The gutters have never clogged, I haven't found leaves in them, and most importantly the larger gutters have done the job and kept water from the basement. The entire job took 2 days, and was started within the timeframe described (the gutters and downspouts have to be painted before installation).

They arrived on time and began work. Unfortunately, they left the young guy to complete the most difficult part of the job. Which ended in a mangled pipe cutting job. The guys in the front cut costs by running the gutters down the home's brick front instead of running them down the side of the house. The gutters are a large commercial size, which is great for the rain, but not so beautiful when you are looking at the large gutters. The leaf guard on the back of the house has been forcing the water over the back of the gutter beneath the shingles. The screws which they used to adhere the gutters went through the wood and out the other side and now need to be calked. On top of this the project manager stood outside and told us about an accident his wife had been in and blamed it on a race who could not drive. I wouldn't do business with this company again.

The team arrived as promised on time and worked until they needed to go and buy the wood that needed to be replaced. Once that was obtained, the work progressed at an amazing speed. The clean up was excellent. Unless you looked up, you could never tell that tons of old gutters were removed and replaced. The lead installer alerted me to several roofing issues that he saw while he was up on the roof and I really appreciated that he did not ignore this issue, especially since there was no financial benefit for his company. The roofer that came and made the recommended repairs commented on the gutters and the great job that was done. I can"t wait for a major storm while I'm home to fully appreciate my new gutter system They look wonderful.

I met Tim Howell through his brother, Brian (who was replacing the siding on my personal house). After initially replacing some gutters and downspouts on a rental home for me, Tim and his crew replaced the gutters and downspouts on my personal home after new Certainteed Weatherboard siding was installed. The work went extremely well. Tim and his guys do top notch work. I'm very satisfied with the product quality and workmanship. I'll definately call Tim in the future as required.
