The team was professional and did a nice job on replacing the wood rot on the dormers and side windows. They were done in an afternoon and cleaned up the area once they were completed. I would use them again when needed.

Our rear roof has a steep slope and a large surface, which was too much for the existing gutters in heavy rain. Tim came out and gave me an estimate for an upgrade to 6" seamless gutters and 4" downspouts (with leaf guards on one section by a large tree). His team came out and did an awesome job, and were finished before I got home from work. The new gutters have had no problems with spilling over (even in a few heavy storms since they were installed), look great, and the leaf guards are performing well. Great experience, I highly recommend them.

We called RainGo a few months back, and Tim came out and gave us a quote. We got a 2nd quote from a well known national hardware retailer that shall remain nameless. The 2nd quote was a few hundred dollars more, and used materials of lesser quality. To make things even better for RainGo, the 2nd quote came with a 1 year warranty on parts and labor, while RainGo offers a 10 year warranty on workmanship and a 20 year warranty on materials. Why do they even bother? Anyway, the written quote then found a nice comfy spot on a shelf and stayed there awhile. When we called RainGo again a few months later, Susan didn't mind that the original quote was only good for 30 days, she said they would be more than happy to honor it nonetheless. So then after a few rain delays and scheduling conflicts, we were able to get things done. On the morning of the installation day, I saw a truck pulling an enclosed trailer behind it, emblazoned with "Rain-Go" on the sides, and two men came to the door. Our installers were Steve and Jeremy, and once proper introductions were in place, they went right to work. The two of them worked in tandem, in an impressively efficient manner. If they ever took a break, you'd have hardly known it. They did a very good job, the quality of their work was evident in not just the finished product, but was also displayed in the way they did the work. I will recommend this company to anyone needing gutter installation or servicing.

Right ON TIME Steve and Jeremy showed up at our property to work for two days. Earlier in the year we had purchased all new gutters from Rain Go for all around our home. Sadly to say, June of 2013 all our gutters got abused by another contractor that was hired to replace our siding and we had to call Rain Go for repair. All gutters had to be taken down, for clean up from caulk all over, trim coil behind the gutters had to be all replaced, gutters put back on, so they function right, replace all trim coil around two garage doors. Any issues that they found during work, they corrected without adding on the price that we agreed on before work started. Replacing some siding, that also was done wrong by the other contractor. All work was completed as promised and after total clean up Steve and Jeremy went home to get ready for the next job waiting. The professional work from Rain Go is amazing and a true pleasure to watch. Steve and Jeremy worked very hard for two days, in the heat of the summer, to see that all worked mentioned above gets done to our satisfaction. AND YES, THEY DID FINISH TO OUR TOTAL SATISFACTION. At Rain Go they take pride in their work, and that show's each and every time they return to our home. At Rain Go they stand 100% behind their work and you can count 100% on their Warranty given to you by them, for work performed. The owner was scheduled to come give us a quote on new gutter installation. We scheduled for him to come at 8:30-9 am, but around 8:45 someone from his office called us to say he was at the house earlier and left. He supposedly knocked, and no one answered. We never heard him nock. He didn't ring the door bell or attempt to call us. The woman from his office told me he took measurements and that he would send me a quote for the gutters. We had several questions and things we wanted to discuss with the owner before getting a quote, but he never attempted to contact us. It has been over a week, and he still hasn't sent us a quote on gutters. I guess he doesn't want our business.

They came out and installed new covered gutters to replace the old gutters that had squirrels living in them. They did the whole house in one day, and the new gutters look fantastic. I am very happy with their work and the warranty that accompanies it.

He was awesome. I liked his willingness to answer all of my questions and he even came out to my house on three separate occasions prior to me hiring him to do the work and gave me advice on other projects that I was undertaking myself. Since the work was accomplished, I've noticed a lot less moisture around the house. No moisture at all in my crawl space which was a problem before I had the gutters replaced. Everything was great. He was professional and his guys were professional. They did a great job and did it very quickly. I wish I had more money to give to this guy to come do more work because I'm confident that he would do a great job on anything you need.

Tim Howell came out two days after notification to perform an estimate and was on time for the meeting. He provided many options and listened to our concerns. The estimate was higher than other contractors that I had received but I was confident in their product, warranty, and reviews. Installation was the following week which I thought was a great response time considering the weather and their work load. Tim's team was on time, very professional, and performed and outstanding install that met our expectations and more. They left no hint of trash, marks on my home, or indents in the yard. If not looking up, you would never know they were there except for the great product they installed on our home. Thanks and highly recommend!

Rain-Go met with me and provided a quote within two days of my call. During this meeting they suggested rain chains when I mentioned that we did not want downspouts for our front porch gutters. We liked this suggestion and had two rain chains available when Rain Glo installed our gutters. Rain-Glo installed the gutters and the rain chains in one day. They did excellent work and were highly professional and friendly. The gutters look excellent.

It went extremely well. I was shown the types of gutters to choose from. The installers came promptly and did the work. I spoke with them when I got home and they were very friendly and happy to answer any and all questions. I would definitely tell anyone to use them - they are a great company.

I am listing my house for sale and needed these repairs and also to minimize cost. Tim was very professional, offered suggestions and I felt I could trust him. ?He did NOT try to maximize the job as did another contractor. ?They replaced the rotten wood after very patiently showing me exactly what needed to be done. ?Kudos to Rain-Go.

Rain-Go came out to install new gutters as part of our re-siding project with DH Construction (who coordinated our contact with Rain-Go). They were reliable & easy to communicate with; The gutter installation was efficient and thorough. I appreciated their attention to detail (I.e. investigating an area of damage in the shingles not related to the gutter installation).

Tim Howell came when he said he would and provided an estimate that was $100-$150 less than our other estimates. He had me look through a book of photos he had taken of gutters he has installed and I was impressed with the pride he showed for his work. I emphasized that the only reason we were having our existing gutters/gutter guards replaced was because our house is surrounded with oak trees; the leaves, oak beads and other dropping from these trees were always clogging our gutter guards so that most of the rainfall overflowed the gutters. Tim assured me that we wouldn't have this problem with the oversized gutters and the guard guards he would install. Tim's crew of two arrived on schedule to install the gutters. They were two of the nicest guys you could ever hope to meet. They also performed their work very efficiently and cleaned up well after themselves. Since the gutters have been installed, it's rained about a dozen times. Unfortunately, much of the rain is still pouring over the sides of the house rather than going into the gutters. Maybe we expected too much but maybe Tim could have been a little more realistic about how well any gutter guard system can work on a house surrounded by oak trees. Would we use this company again? The Angie review form only has two options to select: "Yes" or " No." I checked "Yes" but I think a more truthful answer, if it were possible, would be "Maybe."

Their pricing was fair as I did several estimates. The price was good. They were competitive with the other estimates. They also offered to paint the fascia boards. They took down the old gutters and then before they did anything they painted the fascia boards and all of it was taken care of. They came out on time. Everything was on schedule and done when they said they would do it.

So far, the quality of their work meets my expectation. They cleaned up well. For the size of the house, I did not think it was a great deal financially. I would rate average for their price. I think they have the best gutter guards.

I have not completed the project yet.

When we contracted with Tim Howell he said it would be a 2-3 weeks before they could do the job. A few days ahead of a start date Tim called and gave us a start time and finish date. He and his crew showed up right on the committed time, did an excellent job, cleaned up the area beautifully and left on time. A few days after the job was completed I noted a small area that needed attention. I called Tim and the very next morning one of his crew came out and competed the small repair. I cannot imagine having a better experience in working with a contracting company than we had working with Tim and his crew. I could not give a higher recommendation to anyone. John Aitkin

We wanted gutter helmet's put on our new gutters. We have the bulilders gutters on the new house. Rain-go provide a fair estimate that was slightly better then their competition. The representative explained the different options clearly and we went with the more expensive option since our roof is kind of steep. They finished in about 2 hours and while at it corrected a pitch issue with one part of the gutter system. They do a good job.
