Carlos, the gentlem who did our deck staining (and it a very large deck) did a fabulous job in addition to being so easy to wrk with. I would hire him agin in a heartbeat.

Had some recent work done on my front porch. While the initial install did not go well due to the contractor they used. They honored their warranty and quality agreement to resolve the matter.

Service pro Chris was excellent!. Additionally, Brinson was a gem! He was availlable from the start of the estimate to finishing up with a call to check on my experience.

The company responded quickly to our request for an estimate. They met with us and subsequently installed paneling on our shed ceiling. We were very pleased with their work and attention to detail.

Hired Quickcare to rebuild two front porch railings. Quality delivered by the first contractor sent out was awful and was not close to matching the agreed work or expected quality. Management helped to make it right with a second contractor sent to fully re-do the work. Overall for a very basic job this had more problems than expected.

Had a lot of people who wanted the job. Chose Quick Care because I felt Casey was excellent in describing the job and understanding that some items on the deck just couldn't be move. We arranged how to get around the issue to both of our satisfactions. Also, his demeanor is excellent. The next phase was the actual work being done. Collin was assigned the task, and he did a great job. His taking care of all details can be described as excellent. The price was very fair. Based on this job, I have already spoken to Casey about some of the other (fall, 2024) jobs that we have. I highly recommend Quick Care Home Repair..

Very professional and very quick to respond and scheduled the work I needed done. Impressed with the fact they came to my home and met me in person instead of doing an estimate over text or email. I had to have 13 rotten boards replaced on my deck. Quick Care was extremely responsive to my initial inquiry as well as all my questions and concerns. The pro Chris who did the repairs was excellent. He was skilled, knowledgable and efficient. All details were addressed with expertise in carpentry. The office staff kept me well informed throughout the process. Their communication protocol was the best that I have ever experienced in the home improvement business. I initially contacted Quick Care Home Repair to get an estimate for drywall repair. I received a prompt response, and a convenient appointment was scheduled with the owner, Corey. He assessed the damage, confirmed his contractor could do the repair, and answered a few questions I had on expectations. I brought up other things that needed to be done around my home and he explained what his crews could and couldnâ  t do. I ended up accepting an additional estimate for patio door replacement. We discussed each job in more detail. I asked him a few more questions about QCHR which he happily answered. Corey is personable and transparent in his estimations. We decided to hire QCHR for both jobs. As other reviews have attested, the contractors who completed the service were prompt, thorough, kind, respectful of their surroundings, and professional. They were happy to address my concerns before, during, and after each job. I now have a repaired wall with a perfect paint match and beautiful new patio doors installed. Quick Care HR did a good job on a good schedule. Their man was congenial and easy to work with. All in all, I am quite satisfied with the work and the procedure.

Came out to repair a leaking door. Told me that they would come back out to look at it again if it still leaked. Their repair didn't work and it still leaks, they refused to come back out to look at it again. Turns out there was a small gap in the flashing, a small bit of silicone fixed it. $350 down the drain.

Came quickly to give and estimate. When hired, returned within the week to complete the work. Carlos did an outstanding job repairing the hole in the ceiling, matching the original ceiling. Repair took a couple of hours and cleaned- up very well. I will be calling again for future work.

We used Quick Care Home Repair to install Luxury Vinyl Planks in our townhome.
