+ -1 moreThey do a great job for us. They come out every year for us. They have also done some repairs for us in the past. What I like about them is that whenever they come out, they fix faults the very first time they tackle them.We would use them again.
Description of Work: They did a heating and air system check for us.

+ -1 moreWe bought a coupon from groupon for service back in January. When I called to schedule them, they couldn't give me anything until May 17th. They were scheduled to come between 2 and 4. They never showed up. I called a few minutes after 4 to see where they were and they said the service technician called in sick. I asked them when they can reschedule and they said July 3rd. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I left a voicemail and he never called me back. I called several times to confrim the appointment and never got through to anyone. I was continually put on hold for 20 minutes.
Description of Work: They did not come out to do the service.
