1. I paid Mike Joyner to put down the underlayment, but he decided, without my consent, not to. 2. Mike cut the liner too short so the water level rises above the liner. Additionally, he purposefully cut a hole in the bottom of the liner to insert a Home Depot bucket to place the SUMP pump in and proceeded to spray around it with foam. 3. I wanted steps cut into the dirt in case my 3-year-old falls in. A really bad rain washed the steps away, but Mike laid the liner anyway, and right over the mud. So, there was no stability to build up the rocks and keep them from falling. 4. I told him, and texted him pictures, that I wanted a big splash tabletop waterfall. He wrote on the paperwork he would do a two-tier waterfall. He positioned the waterfall rocks vertically, not horizontally as requested. When I saw what he was doing I reminded Mike that I want the flagstone placed horizontally. Mike told me to let him finish the way he is doing it and if I do not like it he can change it. Eventually, I asked one of Mikes guys to change it to what I want. When Mike returned he said, *no one will change anything unless I tell them to*. Was told by two pond companies that Mike should have known not to place the babble creek running into the middle of the pond because the skimmer (he didn't get one, but should have) won't be able to get anything out of the water on the side the skimmer should have been placed. The waterfall is supposed to be on the side so it pushes ALL of the water toward the skimmer/filter. 5. The rocks slid down into the pond. 6. Nothing resembled the pictures we exchanged or that Mike said he would do for us. 7. Communication was void 8. Never showed up on time 9. Put in a sump pump for a 9x18 pond. 10. Cords left exposed 11. Cigarette butts left all over the yard 12. Fence posts have chunks missing from when they pulled it out of the cement. Misaligned when they replaced the post in dirt (not cement). 13. Mike texted, *now that I know what you want I can achieve it*. The following day Mike text me that it will be another 1000$. 14. Mike was supposed to come by yesterday evening, but he did not show up. I text him a few times and now he is not responding. 15. Had two quotes from two different pond companies and both of them said, right after seeing the finished job that, "I hope you got your money back".

The entire process went smoothly. I have no complaints and am happy with the decision to use this builder.

MY OPINIONS OF THEM ARE VERY HIGH. THEIR SERVICES AND WORK HAS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND. I HAVE WORKED WITH THEM FOR MANY YEARS. I AM SO THANKFUL THAT MY STAIRWAY IS NOW SAFE AND FUNCTIONAL.
