 + -1 moreIt was heavy equipment and thankfully they were strong and skillful. They protected my lawn while moving the equipment, protected the floors and walls of my home, and cleaned up after themselves every step of the way. Before they left they made sure I could use the equipment correctly and answered any questions I had. While I'm focusing on the installation portion of this purchase, the sales person at Prosource was knowledgeable, friendly, and low pressure - I felt like he truly wanted me and my family to be satisfied with whatever worked for us. We shopped at least 3 competitors before deciding to go with Prosource and I am certainly more than satisfied with our decision.
Description of Work: Two gentlemen arrived on time to install our elliptical upstairs.

Description of Work: We purchased a treadmill from Prosource and had it delivered the next day. The installation was wonderful -- they carried the treadmill up to the second floor and removed our old treadmill.

 + -1 moreI check several other dealers and found this company to above all other like companies. It is a small independent company and proves that sometimes smaller is better.
Description of Work: I purchased an elliptical machine for my home. The delivery was made promptly and the delivery personnel we courteous and careful. Additionally, I was given a detail instruction on how to us the machine. I had no complaints with the price. I referred the company to my office and an additionally $5000 worth of equipment was also purchased from this company.
