Mike was extremely professional, did a great job. I felt Mike was trustworthy, I would use him again, and not only was he punctual but he called me because an earlier opening opened up and he got the job done in a quick time period. I had one area in my carpet where my daughter had an accident and that area received the attention it needed, it eliminated the odor. Thank you!

It worked out fine and he did a good job. He cleaned my stairs which haven't been done for a very long time. A lot of people don't want to hap on my stairs. We have one room that was stinky because of the cat and I just wanted to get that smell out of it but he must charging me extra for that and I just never said yes to it.

Scheduling was fine, we picked a day. They called us the day before to let us know what time they would be arriving. There were a couple of stains they were not able to remove. They worked on the stains hard and we were not expecting them to come up because they were 8 years old. They completed the cleaning in about an hour and a half. The carpets were a little wet afterwards so we stayed off them for a few hours.

Very professional. Came right on time. Did an excellent job cleaning the carpet including carpeted stairs. Plan to call them next time.

It was one of the best carpet cleaning experiences I have had! The scheduling was easy and follow-up to be sure we were on the same page as to time and what needed to be done was handled skillfully. The technician arrived right on the dot and went right to work. We discussed problem areas, he was very knowledgeable about stains, fiber and wear and tear of the carpet. He showed me an area of the rug as a before and after demonstration and also demonstrated how he handled stained areas. His advice about how to treat the carpet and any stains in the future were very helpful and more enlightening than I had experience in the past. I would highly recommend this provider. I am looking forward to the holidays with refreshed and revived carpet!

It was very good. He was just very responsive. He knew everything that he was talking about. He knew what he was doing. He knew how to get the stains out. He knew what we should do. We had a lot of pet stains and he knew how we should treat them. The guy did a really good job.

Mike was courteous, professional and informative. He was in and out in about an hour and the carpet looks great! He explained how their system works and asked questions to make sure they were using the right product for the job. There was one spot where my daughter had spilled some glue that would not come out. Mike called that out to me instead of letting me discover it on my own. That always gives me confidence that someone has done a good job.

We were very pleased with how quickly they could get us scheduled. We made a last minute call with a last minute decision due to getting some paining done and wanting carpets cleaned first. They were professional and did a great job cleaning the carpets! I would recommend them to others. The quality of work surpassed the price we paid!

Arrived as scheduled, took about 90 minutes, quality of work excellent, attitude and cooperativeness excellent, respect for furniture excellent. Cleaned up afterward and verbally communicated instructions for maximizing results.

We were moving out of a rental house after living there for one year. The house was vacant & the carpets were mildly dirty with a few stains in the family room. Professional Carpet Systems cleaned all of the carpets in the 2500 sqft house. All of the rooms were carpeted except for the kitchen, bathrooms & dining room. They did a very good job. I couldn't even tell where the stains had been. I also appreciated the fact that they were able to accomodate us, even though we had a narrow window of time to get this done. I would recommend their services.

Mike gave a thorough explanation of the method which they use to clean versus other types of professional cleaning of mattresses, carpet, upholstered furniture so we would completely understand before he began. He patiently answered all of our questions. Mike did a great job cleaning the stains from some spilled beverage on the mattress. He explained in detail what he was going to do prior to starting the work especially concerning the dark beverage stain. Afterward he gave instructions as to making certain that the mattress would be completely dry before sleeping on it. He showed how there was very little moisture in the mattress and it would not take very long to dry. Mike explained about the different stains on the sleep sofa which had not been cleaned for many years. He was able to remove stains that we never thought would come out after all the years of three kids eating while on the sofa. Mike went the extra mile when he noticed a dark stain on the carpet after we moved the sofa bed by cleaning the carpet stain too.

He was on time. He did a fantastic job on the stairs which were filthy from the movers running up the white carpeted stairs with their cart wheels. He spot cleaned some other areas and did a large carpet in the living room which also looked great after he finished. It was an Angies' List Deal and it was a great deal. We'll use this company again- deal or no deal.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. The person that came out was very personable. He just did a great job. He worked hard on some of the stains that were on the carpet. I normally use Stanley Steemer so it was a nice change. I just paid the price for the Big Deal. The price was not out of line with what I paid in the past.

Professional Carpet Systems demonstrated professionalism and excellence from start to finish. I purchased both a Big Deal for whole house carpet cleaning and an upholstery cleaning for my couch. Owner Terry Strickland answered my questions about couch cleaning on the phone, was prompt and courteous when scheduling my appointment, and even came out to my house to do the work on Labor Day weekend so that I would not have to take time off work. After agreeing to take in a filthy roommate for three months over the summer, I was disgusted by the condition of my home. I had cleaned up shredded cheese and taco meat she had dropped on the floor several times throughout the summer, and didn't even want to sit on my couch until it had been cleaned. Professional Carpet Systems took care of that. It has been more than a week now, and I am pleased to say both the carpet and couch remain fresh and clean. The carpet in much of my home is about 5 years old and now looks nearly new. And even the carpet in the bedrooms, which is original to the 20-year-old house, now looks fantastic! Spots that came with the carpet when I bought the house are now gone. And the couch is clean and santized, too. Manager Mike Stanley called several days before my appointment to go over everything I would need to know, and Terry confirmed the appointment the day before as well. Terry and his partner (whose name I did not catch) were on time, ready to go, efficient and courteous, and left my home sanitized and in great condition. I will use this company again and recommend them highly to others.

It went really well and they did a great job. They were punctual, courteous and professional. The work they did was really good. They also got the job done when they said it was going to be done.

Arrived on time- early actually and was very personable and professional. I have to say, my carpets were very dirty and they are about 15 years old. Most of the dirt was clay from 4 sets of dog paws with some other pet and coffee stains. Surface dirt came off. Once the carpet dried many of the stains came back. The stairs remained wet for over 24 hours even though I turned the ac to 65 as instructed. Honestly , I am not sure anyone could get the carpets cleaner . My decision not to use them again is that I can get equivalent results using my oreck cleaner and it dries much faster and costs less.

Everything went very well from the initial contact to the service itself. I like the guy who did the work. He was very professional, didn't talk too much, but did end up giving me some advice about hardwood floors and caring for them (a service they also provide). He was very helpful and specifically told me a cheaper option than having all of my downstairs hardwood floors refinished. As for the carpet, he did an excellent job on the carpet, including using a deodorizer on an area where my dog had been without me having to ask for that. All in all a very good experience. I will definitely use them again on my carpets, and will likely also call them for my hard wood floors. They seem very honest and trustworthy.

They showed up on time, was courteous and used slip-ons whenever they were on the carpet. I knew our house exceeded the 1000 sqft of carpet space as specified in Angie's Big Deal and the up charge was a very reasonable $68. I would definitely consider using them again and recommend them to our neighbors.

The man who cleaned my carpets was hard-working, efficient, and prompt, allowing for the fact that he could not predict precisely how long the two jobs he did before mine that day would take. I did have to explain to him that my hardwood floors were not going to respond well to much hot water exposure. After he was gone I used small blocks to further elevate my wooden furniture off the wet carpet. He had used small plastic sheets under furniture legs, but they did not completely shield the legs on my larger pieces. While I was basically pleased with PCS's service, attention to such small details would have made a difference in my satisfaction with their quality. Be advised. After he arrived I asked him also to clean two runners, each 2.5 feet by 7 feet. He charged me $20 per runner for this, based on a per-square-foot calculation he performed. I do not know if that price would have been lower had I mentioned that I wanted these done when I set up my service. I was pleased with how much cleaner the runners were when he finished. I was very happy with the Angie's List special price. I'd do it again, but I'd pre-treat a couple of spots about a half-hour before they arrived.
