Very well. Fast, and professional.

They were packed up and ready to leave and they haven't done 1 bedroom yet. They were in a big hurry and I felt like right up against the baseboard, I have white carpeting, and right tight against the baseboards, even when they were done, it still looked dirty. I can do it that well with my inexpensive shampoo. I was just expecting that they would do a little bit better than that.

They were on time and very professional. Everything was done in a timely fashion

Needless to say, there had been a lot of accidents. He went right to work - no negative comments about housebreaking - and left the carpet spotless! I really liked that there was no odor and that the carpet dried quickly.

They did a great job reviving very dirty carpets that had been in the house with a renter for 6+ years. I thought we would have to replace the carpets, but Terry did a great job of getting them cleaning and looking good. They arrived on time, were mindful of my newly painted walls and hardwoods and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

Terry was recommended by our realtor (we're putting our home up for sale). We needed the carpet at the top of the stairs stretched to remove a crease and then all of it cleaned including the stairs, bonus room and two bedrooms. They arrived a few minutes early and got straight to work. They got the carpet stretched and everything else moved and cleaned. We're thrilled with the results and so was our realtor. I've already recommended them to a friend and will continue to do that.

Arrived on time. Worker and supervisor. Took care to ensure all furniture was moved and protected. All work was completed as requested.

I think I included all the details in what the provider did. The first day the owner came and the next he had another man with him. They did a wonderful job and we are very happy with the work.

They knocked out the entire installation in a single day, walking through the installation to confirm everything was done right. A couple of nail heads were exposed (which would have been unpleasant to discover without shoes) but once pointed out, they apologizes and happily removed them. It's been several months, and the carpet has held up very well. I think they did a great job, and I'd hire them again.

He returned my call, promptly. The appointment was set for Ithink the week. He showed up on time and the rug looks wonderful.

Amazing results and customer service

With 3 boys and 2 dogs, my carpets were filthy. They are now spotless. They were on time and got the job down quickly and effectively. I will have them again next year for the same thing.

Terry and his assistant Ricky were prompt, very professional, and made sure he made me aware of certain things about my carpet. Terry did my entire house; he did the most difficult room first and before proceeding he had me to come and make sure I was satisfied. They were quick and assisted me with moving things around even though that was not part of his job. I will definitely be calling on his service again. Kathy

They got out stains that i didn't think would come out and did and excellent job cleaning all of the high traffic areas. they were extremely friendly and i now have my new go to carpet cleaner!

Our downstairs carpet really needed cleaning, so we decided to do the whole house. No harsh chemicals were used and most of the stains were removed from the carpet. There was one gentleman performing the work and he made his way through the house pretty quickly. We were very pleased with his work and will definitely consider using them in the future.

They did a good job. They moved the furniture that we wanted moved. They were fantastic. The people were great. They were careful and laid down plastic. They treated it for dust mites. It was dry in about five hours. I would use them again.

Scheduled for the three room special the day of the blizzard of 2014, they promptly rescheduled.

Did not move any furniture - just did main traffic areas. My other provider moved furniture. Did not totally remove spots where dog lays and explained that they would not be able to. I understood explanation, but have not had that experience with other providers. However, procedure did not take nearly as long to dry as previous ones.

The service worked out fine. They did a good job.

We hired Professional Carpet Systems to steam clean our carpets and clean/polish our hardwoods prior to moving into our new home. Overall, I don't think it was worth the money (our carpet and hardwoods were less than 2 yr old and in good shape) but I wanted to know everything was clean before we started placing furniture and such. Scheduling was a breeze. Terry booked the appointment and came out to do an estimate. Terry (owner and did the hardwoods) and Mike (who did the carpet cleaning) were friendly and professional. At the appointment time, they were running late. Terry showed and let me know that their equipment had broken and they needed to complete their last job and do a quick repair but that they could still get the house done that day. Terry showed a little later and started on the hardwoods. Mike arrived late and very frustrated. He had trouble finding my home because we are in a newer neighborhood, it didn't show on his GPS unit - he had tried calling Terry and me but we weren't around our phones. The floors/carpets were done on the scheduled day and they looked good but not visibly better than they did before (as mentioned above, they were already in good shape). My personal experience with PCS was not great but it was over shadowed by the broken equipment and the GPS issue. I do believe that this was an exception and not a regular occurrence. Sometimes things happen - I get that.

I called several different carpet cleaning services for quotes, and this company was the first to offer to come out to survey the work needed and give me a quote. I liked that the office manager was proactive without being pushy. The owner of the company arrived on time, quoted the work to be done and then offered to do the cleaning right away, if it was convenient. It was convenient, so he cleaned the wall-to-wall carpeting. He did an excellent job. Even though it was a rainy, cold day, the carpets dried more quickly than I expected. And they are CLEAN. He also cleaned a sofa for me that had some ink spots on one of the cushions. He couldn't get it all the ink out, so he offered to take it back to the shop and work on it with a different solvent. He returned that cushion a few days ago and the spots are almost completely gone. He did a fantastic job.
