Professional Carpet Systems

Wow! I was thinking I would need to replace my upstairs carpet, but decided to try having it professionally cleaned first. It looks great - I'm adding this to the spring cleaning list for next year.

Yancy was exceptionally courteous and conscientious in getting to work and taking care of our home. We had our area clear before he arrived and he was in and out quickly. I was working from home and appreciated his promptness and work ethic. I will use him again.

Came out same day, more than fairly priced, got rid of the stain, carpet looks brand new.

Very polite and on time. Took care to move furniture as well provide maintenance education. Will hire again.

This was a great experience and involved no work on my end! I thought our carpets were almost ruined from our puppy. Now they look literally brand new! I couldn't be happier.

Yancy took the time to explain the problem areas in our house, some that we did not even know about. Gave suggestions on good carpet maintenance. There is NO question I would use them again!

Recommended to me, I have used Professional Carpet Systems several times now. Terry and his assistant were here today and, as usual they did a great job. I like that they are sure to move everything out of the way, offering to move things even I wouldn't have moved, to get a thorough cleaning. The carpets, stairs and rugs look great, and I also had them do my living room upholstery. All reasonably priced, they showed on time, were very professional, they take safety and damage prevention (to furniture legs/decor) into consideration, and my carpets were dry shortly after. They come highly recommended!

They did an awesome job and exceeded my expectations. Our carpet is about 13 years old and we have only cleaned it about 3 times before this. They were able to get stains out that I did not think would come out. The one place that we had spilled a drink and it had gotten in the mat underneath, wicked up later after they got the stain up. So they gladly came out again to hit it again. We would highly recommend them They are very conscientious and have integrity.

Very professional - called me promptly after purchase of deal. Scheduled quickly and showed up early. Love this. Gave me a really good price for some additional work that was not covered by deal (extra square footage). Gave me a recommendation for another vendor to clean a couch that they did not have right materials to clean (vinyl rather than cloth). Would absolutely use them again and strongly recommend.

The two gentlemen that performed our work (one being the owner) were a pleasure to have in our home. The price quoted was so reasonable that it allowed my wife and I to have two extra bedroom rugs cleaned. We put t this company in our calendar for our periodic rug cleanings in the future.

The cleaning went very well. They were able to schedule me during the day/times I had available. They arrived on time/early for our appointment. They were efficient and thorough, getting out a few spots I noted prior to their arrival. They moved lighter furniture off the carpet that could get wet and the couch/loveseat they placed on blocks so as to avoid damage to the wooden legs. Very clean, courteous, and did a good job.

PCS did a WONDERFUL job of getting these cream carpets like new. They were flexible with scheduling and a dream to work with. Thank you!

I bought a deal and they came out and did the job exactly as it was stated. I did ask them to add on the service of having them clean my couch, chair and upholstery, it was an adequate job but I wouldn’t say it was an exceptional job. When they left the carpet was still very wet and I walk across. I don’t think there equipment sucked it up.

Perfect service, as in past experiences with the same vendor. He showed up on time, was bright & cheerful, and went straight to work. Moved pieces of furniture as needed and performed flawlessly. They were careful not to damage any furniture, baseboards, or exposed chair rails. The used drop cloths to protect wood floors. Cleaned and sanitized carpets for a fresh clean odorless smell. Would use this company again. Terry always does a great job and leaves little residue or residual moisture on your carpets. Carpets were dry within 6 hours. The owner and one other gentlemen came and was early for the appointment. They were thorough and very personable. They offered to help my Senior citizen mother with other things that was needed. She felt like they went the extra mile to pull out furniture were some other companies haven't.Overall she was very , very pleased and will definitely use them in the future. Very good results. My children, pet, and guests have made some serious stains over the past five years and every time Terry works on them, they go from bad to great. There is a lot to like about a company that does an excellent job and is professional enough to make you happy to have them in your home.

I have used Professional Carpet Systems before and will use them again. They arrived on time (a little early, actually, which was fine), did an excellent job cleaning the carpets, and were very time efficient. You will pay a bit more than the bargain services out there, but you will find that the cleaning service is superior to the others. Classic "you get what you pay for."

Very good. Professional, punctual. Removed some paint stains from carpet and made the carpet look fresh!
