Description of Work: I forgot when they were scheduled to come, so they came and I was at work. The owner sent a message via Angie's list and said to call Angie's to get refund for deal I bought. I called the technician who came, and we rescheduled but I had to pay full price, which I offered to do because I really wanted to use them. My carpet was pretty bad due to dog accidents. He was done faster than any service I have ever used, and there have been many. The carpet was pretty soaked in certain areas. I felt like he worked hard in certain areas and not very hard in others. He did leave me a sample of a product that would help with pet stains, which I appreciated very much. It worked pretty well. I haven't used them since but only because I am replacing my carpet.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for $199 Whole House Carpet Cleaning -- Stairs Included. My experience turned out fine. There was one technician here doing the work and scheduling was fine. The owner came back to go over the spots the technician missed. He made everything correct. Ultimately, it was a good experience.

We have used Professional Carpet Systems several times over the past several years. He is the BEST!!! When I have called Terry he has always come that day or the day after.We are VERY HAPPY with his work we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!

 + -1 moreThey did the work I hired them for, and were easy to contact, and on time. The carpet was cleaned and left in good shape. They advertise that they leave the carpet almost dry, and they did use big fans as they finished. However, the fans blew things in the room around, especially the curtains, and the carpet seemed pretty wet when they were done. I also took one of the men around to show him what I wanted done, but the man with him did most of the cleaning; and I am not sure all the of things I asked were done. Overall I would hire them again. But I would probably ask that they not use the fans.
Description of Work: I hired Professional Carpet systems to clean the carpet in 4 bedrooms, a hall and steps, and a den.
