Description of Work: I had my rugs cleaned on 12/05/13, by Mike Stanley from Professional Carpet Systems, and would like to let Angie's List know how pleased I am with the outcome. Mike was punctual, got the equipment ready, put on his protective "booties, and did a really nice job of cleaning my carpets. He also gave me some great advice on how to "spot-clean" with the right product -- Woolite for Rugs, instead of the useless one I had been using. Thank you!

Description of Work: Terry was very nice and on time. Stains were left in the carpet, and he came back without hesitation to address the issue. Still wasn't perfect after his service, but the carpet was pretty stained and old to begin with.

Description of Work: Even though there was a miscommunication regarding the date of the service, Terry showed up within 30 minutes of my call and did an excellent job. I had my entire home's carpets cleaned and deororized. Allmost ALL the spots came up and so far, I am extremely pleased with the results. I would recommend Terry to anyone looking for a professional carpet cleaning job.
