Production Construction finished a second-floor storage area into enclosed living space (including permit management) for use as a climate-controlled storage room. We are delighted with the result.

They have done great work for me over the years. Most recently a drywall repair and painting job. I will highly recommend them.

It went pretty well. In any circumstance such as having work done on your home, you need to keep an eye on the work as it progresses to make sure they are completing the work as you envisioned. Mark was very professional and responsive and he has talented craftsman working for him. The language barrier with the workman was challenging at times, but the gentleman who did the mud work on the walls did an amazing job! Because I was adding a wall to fill in between two existing walls, there was an area where the two existing walls didn't meet as well as one would have hoped. But to look at that new wall now, you would never know how uneven the walls were to start with. The painter did a great job as well as did the gentleman who did the wood work. This was a small and challenging job, but they showed up when they said they would and they completed it within the time they said it would take. I would use Production Construction again.

Amazingly well. As soon as the windows came in, they were here to install them... they and their crew members were here for just over two weeks working full days, passed every inspection, and did excellent work. Their crew worked hard, were very nice, and professional... the work was monitored for best results and there was two way communication throughout the process. We just can't say enough wonderful things about what these great folks did for us. And we would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors and we would hire them AGAIN for additional work. Thank you Des, and Mark, and TEAM, we appreciated you work and enjoyed spending time with you all. Our cat, Gypsy Rose, loves the new sunroom... See pics below.

The guys were very friendly and able to work around my schedule. They helped with a very complicated layout and assisted laying new subfloor and stud walls. My project went longer than the 40 hours provided by the big deal and I received a very reasonable rate for the additional hours I needed. The best part is Mark made sure I was happy with their work and overall service. I have a few smaller projects that I will look to use Production Construction again.

Mark was easy to work with. He was very prompt with his quote and remained responsive throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend him.

This company did a great, awesome job for me. Mark Garrett did a great job. He did about 3 days of work in one day. He completed many different projects in several different parts of the home. Mark had a great personality and really went above and beyond. It was a great deal for me. Mark came back and finished off the some work that he could not complete due to rain and being very close to a holiday. Mark also did a great job of understanding what was needed on each project. My skills are limited and he was able to take a very bad description of several projects and complete these projects with perfection. Several months later, all of Mark's work still looks great and works perfectly. Amazing work!!! Thank You.

The handyman that provided the service arrived promptly. He was able to complete all repairs with no problems. He was very knowledgeable and quick in making the necessary repairs. He was also very curtious and customer oriented. The cost of the repairs that were done was a real deal. I highly recommend this company.

Even though I was considered "outside" the territory of their work they accommodated me. Mark did a great job.

The service scheduling was very punctual and the service professional was very polite. He completed a tile floor for my laundry room which is about 10 by 4.5 feet. It required moving the w/d, laying the floor which was done on top of the vinyl. He went to pick up some supplies I didn't have which was a $25 upcharge on top of the hourly rate I was paying and the cost of the supplies..that was the main surprise since I thought this was a bit of double dipping. But, he was very nice and professional about the matter.. The main advice the company could have given me was to ensure one is to have everything needed to do the job as there is nothing that will be brought by the worker. That includes screws for the subfloor, tape, a hand truck to move the w/d, glue to reglue the molding. I had thought about the tile and mortar and grout, but not all the other minor items. Good thing I had some of those, but he did have to go pick up screws. I would use them again and be better prepared for all the minor items needed to do the job. All in all the quality was good.

I was contacted by the company immediately after my purchase, scheduling was easy and the work completed was outstanding! They sent Ismael to do the work he was a master craftsman I was very pleased with the quality of his work. I highly recommend Production Construction and Ismael!

Mark and his crew were excellent. We just moved into the area and bought a house with a long list of needed repairs. Since I didn't have the time we decided to hire a professional. Mark was highly recommended to me by a coworker. He came out promptly and did a very thorough walk through for the inspection His bid was one of the most reasonable ones we received. And it was worth every penny. His crew was very polite and very good workers. The job was done correctly the first time. The job site was cleaned thoroughly after they were done and Mark personally made a final inspection with me to make sure we were satisfied with the work performed before he would accept payment. Mark also gave me some great tips on repairs I will be doing in the near future. Definitely will be using Production Construction and Mark Garrett again in the future!

Amazing. Mark worked with us in determining the floors we should get, we found the best price and than he installed it all in less than 2 days. Amazingly honest and very skilled. I was extremely please and look forward to working with him again.

.He came by in mid-March and gave us an estimate.We told him that we wanted the work done in April.He called the day before to make sure we would be home and told us that he will bw by at 9:00 am,he should up right on time.
