They attended to it in a timely manner. They had to make an extra trip to get the siding fixed because they did not have a ladder that was tall enough. This is a three story house.

Roberto gave me schedule options, showed up on time, completed the necessary work and then a few other small, but helpful items. Provided documentation and pictures for me to provide to our builder as promised. Would indeed hire again.

It went well. Roberto was great to work with and explained everything he did and found when up on my roof.

What a nerve-soothing experience! I had water damage on the first floor ceiling in my dining room in two areas; one of them correlating to staining on the master bath floor above. I had contacted 5 roofers; 2 never showed up, 1 looked at everything and then drove off without telling me anything, 1 took over 2 weeks to get back to me, 1 never returned my call. Granted roofers in our area are quite busy with last year's storms and the hurricane this year, but I was very unimpressed with all these folks. After joining Angie's List, I found Roberto. He called me back in a timely fashion, arrived for the estimate as agreed, and gave me an honest appraisal of work to be done. His estimate was fair; his workers very pleasant and capable. This business is professional and I highly recommend them.

After some issues getting in contact with the business, the inspector showed up on time and was diligent in the inspection and discussion of the roof issues.

He calked a few screws and fixed several shingles. He was proficient, and professional. I haven't had any issues with my roof since he came out. It was a great service.

It went fine. We did all of our correspondence by email, except I think there was a phonecall when he arrived since I had an electric gate. It was one person and he looked like he did a good job. I had some extra shingles and he replaced a few. Turned out to be a minor repair, he had plenty of time left and so he offered to check the roof on my house as well. It was good, a good visit.

I'm glad Roberto inspected my roof as he found several shingles missing. He was able to replace them and he advised me of several other areas that need to be fixed. He was very professional and arrived at the time he said he would. I will definitely be having him come back to complete my other repairs.

It took a few days for the company to contact me, but they met the appointment on time. The technician was courteous and he caulked a few places and offered his opinion without trying to "sell".

They contacted me quickly after I purchased the deal and set an appointment for a specific time (not a window of time). I left work and arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time to find the man in my driveway fiddling with his ladder. I assumed he was getting ready to start, but he told me he had ALREADY FINISHED!!! I really wanted to be there to watch, ask questions, and get feedback as it was happening. Here are additional reasons why I was incredibly unhappy with the service: 1) He showed me some pictures and said I had a crack in a pipe, yet he showed me a picture of the side of the pipe without the crack. Is there really a crack or do you just want to rip me off? 2) I have a lot of pine trees near my house and you can see the pine needles settled on the roof from the ground. There are areas where small piles of needles were never moved at all, which means those tiles were never inspected. 3) In one area, he moved the pine needles into a large pile at the edge of the roof. I asked why he didn't push the needles off and he said he wasn't paid to clean the roof, just inspect it. REALLY? Push the pile an extra 3 INCHES as a courtesy so it falls off the roof! Unbelievable. 4) Is it unreasonable for the roofing contractor to carry roofing tiles with him and say "Hey, you need a couple of tiles replaced, for an extra $50 I can do it right now."? Oh silly me to expect such service. He has to go back to his office and write up the findings and email it to me and then I have to pay for an entirely new visit to make the repairs. 5) I can see a tile from the ground that is sticking up. I asked why that wasn't nailed down and he completely deflected my question and showed me pictures of a separate part of the roof. When I asked again, he looked at me stupidly and just didn't answer. I feel ripped off and have to pay another company to do it right.

It was okay. But I never received a follow up concerning a proposal. They could have followed up.

Prompt service and shingles were fixed on the same day. Inspection was done and estimate given for potential other issues. Precise roofing was responsive and reliable.

First, Mr Santos arrived on time and quickly understood the 3 or 4 issues I had concerns about. He finished his inspection and minor patches very quickly. Once he was finished he explained his findings explaining what he fixed and what he recommended for problem areas. There were some vent boxes and shingle repair work he recommended and I intend to have done. He is not a pushy sales person and provides recommendations that were very reasonable for the situation. Overall, we are very pleased with his professionalism and service.

The communication was excellent and the job was done quickly and cleanly. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Roberto showed up on time, was polite and ready to check things out. He took the time to understand my specific concern areas and checked over the roof. He provided me with an honest assessment of what he saw - apparently the roofers who had worked for previous owner (not Precise Roofing) may have used some low quality sealant around vents that was degrading - he resealed them properly. There were also some nails that had come loose that he took care of. He also provided me some potential further actions that might be needed in case additional problems are seen. Was pleased with how easy the experience was. I literally had him on the roof/things checked out and taken care of within 24 hours with a click of a mouse and a phone call. Will definitely keep him on my roofer short list.

Since I could not determine if work had been done, I called the roofing company to ask about the roof work. I was informed that the roof repairs had been done and that my roof was in need of replacement.

Repair was fine. Roberto was not professional and I recommend using ANYONE else. Harassing and condescending.... Shop somewhere else.

Precise Roofing and Exteriors Roberto Santos Precise Roofing and Exteriors did an excellent job removing my 30 year-old roof and installing a new one. My house has a complicated roof with towers, edges abutting siding, areas of steep and shallow pitch, valley trough, etc. I also had a significant amount of siding to replace. I met with and received estimates from representatives of 5 roofing companies. My initial meeting with Roberto was most positive, leaving me feeling most confident that the job would be well done. He didn't give me a pitch like the others, didn't harp on what a bad job the previous roofers did, didn't explain how difficult the job would be, and listened to me carefully and answered my questions well. His estimate was very competitive. When the job was mostly done Roberto came by asked me to make a punch list of problems, large and small, that I saw. The next day he came by again and spent time discussing the concerns on my punch list and how they would be addressed. His men came back and took care of the problems. Roberto came back again and we revisited the items on the punch list. A couple items still needed work which were promptly completed to finish the job. When the last truck pulled away our lot was clean and except for some very minor damage, our shrubs were intact. The invoice was exactly as provided on the estimate. I have nothing but good things to say about Roberto. He is smart, honest, his English is fluent, and his company gives high value.

I have a metal roof that is about 6 years old that had debris and stains. Roberto' s crew did an excellent job - it looks brand new! They also pressure washed the exterior of the house and the sidewalk, making it all sparkle. Not bad for a 30 year old house. They did such a good job that my landscape guy has referred them to another client.

While I was not satisfied when the service was provided I will way that he went to the fullest extent to rectify the situation. He provided a write-up as to why I felt differently than he desired and also issued a refund to finish the feeling of closure and good well. He was respectful and courteous regardless of my posting rating the service. I could not ask for additional after actions satisfaction. Thank you.
