Work was completed in a timely fashion and Roberto the owner personally supervised his crew throughout. PVC was used in place of wood on facia boards to prevent further erosion. Happy with results.

Quoting process did not go smoothly, but the workers were prompt on the day of work and did a great job.

The whole process, from the initial call to completion of the project could not have gone better. Roberto Santos responded to our inquiry quickly and had an estimate including pictures of the roof in my hands in just a few days. While the estimate we received from Precise Roofing wasn't the least expensive estimate we received it was close to the least expensive and they didn't add anything to their original estimate once the job was finished. Roberto gave me a couple of references to call before we signed the contract and they were stellar. Once we signed the contract Roberto dropped off samples and kept in contact until the roof and downspouts were completed. His communication during the process was excellent. The workers who did the work were courteous and kept the yard and area clean during the project. The project was finished on time and the quality was excellent. We have had a number of big rainstorms and afterward we went into the attic to inspect the underside of the roof and there were no leaks. Roberto stopped by after the job was finished and went over the particulars of the job and ask us if we had any questions. He was very courteous and professional. We recommend Precise Roofing without hesitation and will certainly call them again as the need arises.

They came, they put on a new architectural roof in a day, cleaned up, and were gone. They were punctual and very polite. The roof looks beautiful.

After dealing with some annoying small leaks in my bay window, I called up Roberto to come and take a look - they prepared an estimate to take care of the issue once and for all. After some initial delays (which he did communicate with me about) due to weather and other jobs, his crew came out and got things done promptly. When Hurricane Matthew rolled through, my bay window area was dry as a bone! Only challenge I faced was this particular crew's ability to effectively communicate with me regarding payment/wrapping stuff up due to a language barrier. It made things a little awkward, but it's not something that was a deal breaker - they did solid work and I was able to call up Roberto and clear it up quickly. Would definitely hire Roberto and crew again.

Easy to arrange the inspection. Showed up on time, did a thorough roof inspection and answered all of my questions. Estimate was sent to me within 2 days. The cost was a little high for an inspection and answering questions. However, I would consider hiring for future work. They knew what they were talking about and provided a thorough estimate. The cost estimate was reasonable and they offered to do the work within 10 days. I did not hire them for the follow up work due to my schedule.

Everything went well. He performed a full inspection and was very thorough in ensuring that the problem was taken care of.

The technician was very knowledgeable. Before he went up on the roof, he discussed with me my concerns. While on the roof he inspected and patched a few places that could potentially become problems. After he completed his work on the roof he discussed with me what he had done, answered my questions and mentioned a couple of other items that I need to be aware of that could also become future problems.

It went great. Roberto is very responsive and his partner worked quickly and efficiently. The worker showed the pictures he took of my roof of potential problem areas that he thought could use some work. Roberto reviewed the pictures and provided me a fair estimate for the work for my consideration.

Work repaired in less time than estimated.

They replace the fascia board, soffit and repaired the flashing on my roof that was improperly installed by the builder. They also replaced shingles and siding on the house.
