We've hired Precise Roofing for roof/skylight/gutter replacements. Their prices are competitive - we got other estimates from 3 other contractors. Roberto/his team were able to answer many questions including warranty, products, and other general house maintaining matters. Actual works were in 3 phases - roof/skylight replacements were done in 1 1/2 days. No issues there. Our installation was on Monday and all the materials were delivered to our house on Friday. Workers arrived on time and were professional. During roof replacement, they identified few damaged fascia boards, sub-fascia boards, and siding/corner board. So replacing those boards around our house (and sealed/painted) was the second phase. They were different crews (2 people, not the same one as the roof crews) and did fantastic job. This was done prior to new gutters. Lastly, gutter installation. Although the installation itself was uneventful, it took a few extra days to schedule. However, this involves Christmas and new year holidays. Completely understandable. Overall, it was a great experience to something I wasn't familiar. They made everything easy and manageable. I have already emailed Roberto if his company does other jobs around house. I will definitely hire them again.

We used Precise Roofing for a shake-shingle roof this Fall. Roberto and his team were extremely professional in handling our roofing project. They were very busy with many jobs during the time they were to do our home’s roof and there were many details that Roberto handled with high attention to detail and no issues at all. Prior to contracting with Precise, Roberto was very willing to meet with me on many occasions to address specifics of the job such as HOA requirements and potential insurance claim adjustments. Roberto and his crew made the whole process very smooth and an overall excellent experience. Quality of work was outstanding and I would definitely recommend Precise Roofing to anyone needing roof replacement of repair, gutters, skylights or even trim repair.

Roberto from Precise Roofing and Exteriors and his crew have been great throughout the whole process. He provided detailed estimate by line items, explained the steps he was going to take to replace the roof, and provided optional upgrade on the shingles if I want to. I didn't feel any pressure at all from him. He reached out to me for scheduling and dropped off the material and trailer ahead of time. The new roof looks great and his crew did a good job cleaning up afterwards too. I'm very happy about his service and highly recommend him.

This is the second time I've used Precise Roofing for issues with my roof. They've done excellent work both times at a reasonable rate. With a leak around my old chimney, it took several times to find the real issue and they came back every time and got it repaired. I also appreciate that they are knowledgeable and able to explain the issues to me so I can understand what''s going on and advise on best and most cost efficient solution.

We've hired Precise Roofing for three separate jobs (slate roof, replaced a flat metal roof with EPDM and replaced existing EPDM with new on another flat roof). We've been very pleased with the results each time. Roberto is quick to respond to questions and his prices are competitive. His crew is efficient and they do a great job cleaning up after jobs.

Roberto and his team is incredibly meticulous. Their attention to detail is amazing. They replaced my entire roof about a year ago. I had to have a skylight replaced recently because of a fallen tree limb. The employee was incredibly professional, wearing a mask throughout. After installing the skylight he went in and out of the house to get the glass spotless. He even went as far as putting towels under the legs of his ladder indoors to keep the floors from scratching. They may not be the cheapest, but they are the best.

They came out the same day that I called. Work was done promptly and correctly. Very much recommend.

We had a very good experience with Precise Roofing. Roberto came to assess my roof and gave me a realistic expectation on the likelihood of my insurance company covering it. He took comprehensive pictures of the hail damage during the first visit and prepared weather data for my home over the last few years. He worked directly with my insurance company, who had so much evidence of hail damage that they didn’t even go up on the roof to inspect for themselves. Roberto’s patience and product knowledge came in particularly handy when we chose the materials. The installations were perfect. Now that the work is done, I have a very beautiful roof, new set of gutters, and custom metal roofs over two bay windows. I would highly recommend Roberto and Precise Roofing.

They did an outstanding job. We replace the roof, gutters and sky light. Total cost around $ 20,000.00. We were very happy with everything.

Roberto was wonderful to work with to get my roof fixed and to communicate with. Performed the work very promptly. It was nice to find a company that was very nice to work and get the repairs done in a timely manner. I will definitely be calling on Roberto again to get any roof repairs done and my Gutters done when I decide to get them done. I highly recommend this company for any roof work to be done.

The shingle was replaced and two nail pops were found on the back side of the roof and repaired. Roberto fixed these issues and indicated that in the portion of the roof where the shingle came out, the shingles were not nailed properly. He explained that the nails were placed near the top of the shingle instead of closer to the middle of the shingle. This meant that the nail only went thru one shingle instead of the normal two shingles when done properly. He predicted that I will have future problems with this shoddy work done by the home builder. I had this home built by DR Horton 6 years ago. I appreciate Roberto taking the time to explain what the underlying cause of my problem was.

Mr. Santos responded very quickly and gave a discount for 3 homes. Materials were delivered promptly after acceptance, and work commenced soon afterward. Work was excellent and professional and cleanup was acceptable. I would highly recommend this service, and may use him for repairs on the exterior in the near future.

Fond a few minor items that were taken care of. Was good peace of mind.

Roberto contacted me on Monday to schedule an appointment for Thursday afternoon - he showed up and after a quick inspection of the known problem areas, he was up on the roof doing his thing. He fixed my issues and checked out the entire roof for anything else that required attention. Roberto seems like a good guy, very professional and prompt. I would 100% recommend him to anyone else.

Quality work at an affordable price. Roberto from Precise Roofing answered the phone first try and came to my home soon after to give me a very thorough and detailed quote on replacing our roof. He offered up a lot of information about the work, products they'd be using, etc. and answered all my questions. His company also hand-nails the shingles, which is what I was looking for, instead of using pneumatic guns. They did a great job using tarps to protect the landscaping around the home and cleaning up. I've only found 3 or 4 nails so far around the home. Finished product looks great! He even sent me before and after photos from his drone so I could see the difference which was pretty cool. I would definitely use them again.

Made an appointment for a complete roof repair for noon. Thirty minutes later, they still hadn’t arrived so I called their main number and spoke with Roberto. He said he’d call the service person who was supposed to meet me. Ten minutes later, he called back and said the service person was running late and hadn’t let him know. He then offered me another appointment for the same day at 2:30 with himself- two and a half hours after my original appointment. I declined. I work from home so I do have a flexible schedule. (If you don’t, be warned about working with this company.) The wait is inconvenient and rude. But we all have cell phones. Their lack of communication is inexcusable. I also have to wonder: if they can’t communicate and be on time for an *estimate*, how would they handle an actual $10,000+ job?

Roberto was very easy to work with. Right from the beginning, we knew he was different when he used a drone to estimate our job. He knows roofing and is not just a salesperson sent out to sell a job. Roberto returned calls and texts and provided detailed information about how the roof would be replaced. He went out of his way to provide us a list of homes that had roof colors that we were debating over so that we could drive by to see what the color looked like on an entire roof. Roberto also sent a crew member back to repair some hardy plank after the roofing job was complete. We are completely satisfied with his work and would highly recommend Precise Roofing.

I got three estimates, and the Precise bid was slightly higher than the lowest of the three. Roberto was the only estimator to note that there appeared to be hail damage to the roof and I appreciated the thoroughness and clarity of his proposal. The work was completed in two days, the crew was considerate and the new roof is perfect, with proper drip edges and flashing. Very happy with the work. And the insurance company confirmed the hail damage, and wrote a check for over half the cost of the job, so that was fantastic.
