Very well! The provider not only fixed the siding but also inspected my roof, hammered down any nail pops and provided touch ups in areas of heavy water run off.

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Santos. He was on time, very polite, and very knowledgeable. His quotes came to me when promised, he answered every email in a timely fashion, he charged me exactly what he said he would, was proactive in communicating schedule changes when the weather interfered, and made an additional repair that was not in the quote for free, because as he said "it didn't really take that much more time." He provided pictures of where the house was damaged when the damage was in places on the second story that I could not see. He also provided pictures of all the repair work that I couldn't see on the second story. I have rarely ever had a contractor be so responsive, and the quality of the work is excellent. I will be using Mr. Santos again and couldn't recommend him more highly.

He was very thorough on his inspections and in explaining his findings. He never came off as high pressure nor insisted on having to have the work done. He even recommended getting additional quotes and following back with him if I felt it necessary. I would definitely recommend Roberto!

in response to a home inspection a couple items came up that needed addressed. we had some nail pops in the roof flashing that needed addressed and sealed. also the exterior door frames for a crawl space door and the man door going into the garage had begun to decay due to moisture. we called around because at first the buyers only wanted the roof addressed. most places wanted $300+ to even come out... really??? even some other vendors on Angie's list. I called Precise and spoke to Roberto. I explained what we needed and he quoted me $90. I asked how quickly he could come out. he came the next day. it took him about an hour to address the issues. fast, priced right and great job. the next day the buyers hit us with the door frame issue, and another spot on the roof we need inspected. jeez... so we called Precise again. Roberto was out the next day to review the items on their list and provided a quote for $350 to repair the frames and to deal with what ever issue there was on the roof. he scheduled the repair for 2 days later, on Sunday! he arrived a bit late, although he did email us the night before to let us know he would be late, we just missed the email, we appreciated that he informed us even though we missed it. he got to work and repaired the frames, inspected the roof (no issues found) and even cleaned the dryer lint vent since he was up there. the worked looked great and I am very pleased with the result I would call Precise with ANY issue I needed in the future and would recommend them with out question! thanks Roberto for a job well done.

Our church building was in need of renovations and we decided to get several bids. Also, requested a meeting with each contractor once we narrowed our choices. We chose Precise Roofing and Exteriors because of the knowledge the representative showed and their price was in the middle of other quotes. He advised us on the best options for our budget and we never felt any pressure to buy now. The work was completed in 5 days and everything looks great. The renovations really made a difference. We are all very satisfied with the completed work and would recommend them to anyone.

We were in the process of trying to get our house ready to put on the market and only had a couple of days to get it ready. We knew we had a couple of pieces of missing siding from a recent storm. We called a local company, got an estimate and were told it would be a week or two before they could get to the job. The very next day the doorbell rings and Roberto introduces himself. He was in our neighborhood and noticed the missing piece of siding on our house and wanted to know if we would like a quote to fix it. Boy was his timing great! He ended up finding about 6 missing or damaged pieces of siding. He gave us a reasonable quote and said he would be out the next afternoon to get it all fixed. He even took a piece of the siding with him so he could make sure that the new pieces would match. They showed up the next day on time and got all the work done in a couple of hours. He was very professional and did great work. I would not hesitate to call Roberto again to do work at my home.

I hired Precise Roofing and Exteriors to replace my roof with new metal roofing and perform some siding work. The crew arrived on time and completed the work on the date specified. Pepe was great to work with and very professional. The roof looked great after completed, there was no sign work was ever completed as the crew did a great job cleaning up. New soffit and fascia was also installed which only enhanced the appearance of the home even more. The pricing was competitive and we were happy we chose this company.

I needed to replace my roof and got 5 estimates. The estimator from Precise Roofing showed up on time and was very knowledgable. Roberto showed a level of expertise and knowledge unlike the other contractors and i felt he was honest. I approved his proposal and the work was scheduled the following week! some of the other contractors had mentioned 2 months!! The crew showed up on the scheduled date and time and worked very hard for 3 days. Roberto did an excellent job supervising the work process and everything went smoothly. Once the work was completed, the new roof looked great! I was pleased with the professionalism the crew and the rest of the team showed. The price was very competitive.
