It was excellent. Mr Santos arrived at 2pm on the dot. He checked the roof and attic to see where the leak was. He repaired the flashing and gave us an estimate on sealing the chimney if the repair did not work. I appreciated him trying to find the least expensive solution before recommending something more expensive. His price for the sealing was very reasonable. I will use this company if I have other roof issues and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

I really enjoyed working with Roberto. I did also get quotes from two other well known roofing companies in the area. Precision was roughly 20% cheaper. They removed two layers of old roofing, replaced all the fascia boards, repaired extensive wood rot damage in the soffits, installed new 6 inch gutters with expanded downspouts, installed a rain drop gutter guard system and installed a new, GAF timberline roof. I looked them up in GAF and Precision is master certified with GAF. the work took them about a week and I didn't have any problems. Roberto was great to work with. He is a "hands on" sales person as opposed to a pure sales guy for other big companies that drive up in a 60k shiny truck (where do you think that extra 20% goes). He called to push appt back later - not a big deal but close to getting dark. Showed up to do roof inspection- did not fix my one concern, just told me to call if it leaks again. was up on roof for under 20 minutes - none of the issues I see were noticed, all I got were some pics of things to spend money on, didn't even caulk the one trouble spot or comment on raised shingle. Very quick brief look over roof, 20 minutes and a few pics - feel ripped off. Got nothing other than a quick once over for the money - shame... First time user on Angie's list - not sure where I went wrong compared o the other reviews on this guy. Waited now for a over a week for price quote, not that I would have him do the work after my first wasted chunk of money, but all communications has stopped with him not replying.

Overall, this is a great company. Their price was in the middle of other quotes I got, but the professionalism of Roberto swayed me to go with them. He explained everything, was genuinely nice, answered my questions and responded quickly to any questions and concerns I had. The crew arrived on time and worked all day for two days. Roberto himself came out to check on things and did some work himself, he even came at the end to verify the work. When the work was done, there were a few small issues I saw, and Roberto fixed them right away that same day. He responded quickly to my e-mails and phone calls. The quality and professionalism of this company is great, I am not easy to please, but they met my expectations, if not exceeded them. He even left me a whole pack of shingles just in case I need them in the future. I recommend this company to anyone and would use them again myself.

It was raining on/off that day, and at the agreed time, the provider didn't arrive. But, he called after I sent him an email and explained that he assumed since it was raining that we would reschedule. very understandable. He was in the neighborhood and came anyway, and when he did the rain stopped long enough for him to complete the job. So, other than the communication, everything was done as expected.

Contractor said they would send someone on Friday and do a time and material repair. No show until a phone call later in that afternoon saying they would be late. Given how late in the day that they called I told them its best to try Monday morning and they agreed. Monday came and no show until almost noon after another call saying they would be late. The man that did show up didn't have the materials, tools or expertise to repair a membrane even though I clearly told the owner the specific material of the roof/age and scope of what was needed. Contractor wanted to have yet another team some following day with proper experience and materials. After 2 days of these guys wasting my time and the prospect or more of the same I told them to move on and go home. Cant recommend these guys given this experience.

It went well, he said we might need a new roof soon but didn't try to sell one, went ahead and patched everything and said it should last a couple of years. Didn't charge anything extra above what the roof inspection cost.

Roberto did an excellent job of checking my roof and showing me pictures of what needed to be repaired. We agreed on the work and his worker showed up today and fixed those items he showed me. This work will extend the life of my roof and prevent any damages from leaks.

Work was professionally done in a quality way by Precise Roofing. In addition to the wind damage that I had wanted repaired, the owner saw several other roof items, including some rotted wood, that they could fix. Because we are planning on putting the house up for sale, having this done at the same time as the other "tune-up" work was very helpful. The price quoted for the additional repairs was very reasonable for the work performed. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to others.

Roberto was very professional. Heard him hammering at some loose shingles. Took pictures of the problem areas that need to be resolved. He will be sending me a quote for the additional work. Glad I did it.

Roberto did a great job. He was here on time. He went right to work. He finished a well done job in a timely manner. He was professional and friendly.

My experience with them went well. There were no additional costs to the Big Deal, but he had some recommendations. I do not think he added anything because that did not require material and I did not buy any material. He was very good. He was full of joy and just recommended maybe next year would be a good time to replace the roof. For the ones that he did, $150 was a little bit too much. He was a little late, but he called and said that he was going to be late so that was fine.

Running late but called to let me know. Went right to work and worked til dark. Well prepared and very pleasant to work with.

Fantastic! Roberto was right on time. Very professional and thorough. Identified couple of key issues that needed addressing in the short term. Took pictures to show us precisely where the issue were. We asked for and promptly received a very reasonable proposal and have scheduled the work. The roof is 15 years old and we talked about future long term options and will be discussing this further.

Roof tune up went okay. I asked for a quote on new gutters, that got lost in email. Finally got it and accepted the quote. Tried to schedule the service and I've been put off for 6 weeks now. Nice enough guy but obviously needs an assistant to handle appointments and keep the work on schedule.

Roberto is very knowledgeable, experienced, courteous and customer focused. He quickly addressed our issues and concerns.His visit was well worth the month of waiting and several reschedules. We were so impressed with him that we asked him to submit a proposal for re-roofing our home.

They did a great job. They took pictures of the roof, fixed some issues, and will come back to do more work later.

The provider setup an appointment for 19 Oct @ 4 p.m.. I asked if an earlier appointment was possible because seemingly my roof had issues during the recent downpour resulting in visible leakage in the upstairs bathroom. He did state that his schedule was hectic but believed that he could provide services on 12 Oct at the same time. He did not make that appointment but sent an "email" notifying me that he could not make it. I called his number and had to leave a message asking if he would setup another appointment or stick to the original date and time, 19 Oct. I have not heard from them since. I've called a couple of times and left messages and received no response. We're moving out of state and was considering having the roof resurfaced and this minor repair would've given us an opportunity to check out their work. We will be looking for other service providers.

The contractor never performed the work but he did end up contacting me and apologizing. He was very professional and I would give him another chance in the future.

He was very professional, did a great job, and was pleasant. Also showed me items that I need to fix in the future which was helpful for planning purposes.

Repaired any loose tiles; sealed any areas that needed it; told me that there may be some areas that might have storm damage. .

I discovered a few weeks ago I had a minor leak in my roof through an exhaust pipe. Also a small piece of siding had blown off my house in a storm. When I saw the ad for Precise Roofing and Exteriors L.L.C. I knew it was for me. They called me within a couple of days and were very good on scheduling around my schedule even though they were very busy from our recent heavy storms in the area. I was able to get scheduled within a week or 2. My serviceman Roberto arrived on time for the service and was very professional. He walked around the house with me to discuss my concerns and listened to my 'layman' explanations of what I thought the fixes might be with full interest. He offered possible suggestions and gave my ideas credit even before he had looked at things. He performed the service and fixed all of the problems with ease. It only took about 45 minutes. After he was done he walked me around the house again to show me what he had found and done. Even though he found a few minor issues he did not try and up-sale me immediately with saying they needed to be done asap. Most things he found were related to the original installation during building. Roberto let me know they could fix them for a good price but that at the moment it was ok but might be an issue in the future. There was no pushing to have it done immediately. Before he left he answered the many questions I had about care and upkeep of my siding and some replacement siding I need to have done. He gave me some ideas on price and even gave me an idea on some prices for replacing my Mother-in-Laws roof in Raleigh. He listened intently and made me feel at ease. No talking over my head with wild terminology or extreme quotes for work that might not need to be done. Overall I was very impressed with Roberto and Precise Roofing and Exteriors L.L.C. They are a locally owned company and their prices are lower than many competitive roofers in the area. I plan on using them in the future when I have a new roof put on my Mother-in-Laws home and for any exterior needs I may have. A+ guys!
