Description of Work: I can only go by what he told me he did which was to nail down loose shingles and the flashing around the chimney. He was going to send me an estimate cost on roof replacement but I have not heard back from him to date.

Description of Work: Roberto arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) which was a great first impression. He inspected my roof, siding and gutters. There were no issues with my roof or siding. He reattached an elbow and downspout that had come loose and cleaned out the gutters, which was an additional cost but reasonable. Roberto advised me that the gutters needed to be replaced and indicated he would e-mail me a quote. I would recommend Precise Roofing and Exteriors and use them again.

Description of Work: Inspected roof, gave estimate on replacing and repairing the whole roof and also the ridge vent. Advised we did not need new roof at this time but recommended replacement of ridge vent with a more suitable product and gave very reasonable estimate for that service and included replacement of some of the roof sheathing.

Description of Work: For $39, they accomplished nothing but giving us an estimate. They later came back and did a nice job working on our gutters (and explaining their work) but the cost was far more than the 1 hour/$39 I had expected.

Mr. [Member name removed], I am sorry if there was a lack of communication between you and your wife and all the details of the service were not explained to you. I showed up for the $39 service on the date and time specified and met your wife for the appointment. Your wife showed me a section of rotten wood that needed to be replaced. I informed her replacing rotten wood was not included in the Big Deal offer. She instructed me that she did not want to have the service completed but rather wait until I could repair the damage wood. I informed her that I would provide a proposal for the rotten wood she had showed me and two other sections that needed repairs and that we would CREDIT the $39 of the Big Deal service towards the permanent repairs. I sent a formal proposal by email and she approved the work to be performed as per the contract. We completed the work based on a proposal that was approved by your wife and did not charge any additional amount than what was on the contract. We did not charge anything for our initial visit and credited the $39 of the Big Deal towards the permanent repairs.
