Pool Scouts

It started great until this last couple of weeks. Quick rundown: Over the past few months my mother has been sick and has been taking care of her. My mother passed away in the middle of October and I had to pay for the funeral out of pocket. The following week Pool Scout came out to my home and I called in for payments. I told the lady DO NOT KEEP MY CARD ON FILE because at the beginning of the month I will be using another card So first she drafted more money than what I approved. I let that slide BUT THEN I looked at my bank account on Nov 1st and just who drafted my card. Bad business. I have been a customer for a year so I had to cut ties.

Always on time, communication is great and they are very professional. I’m so glad I changed my pool services this year.

Pool Scouts always came in a timely manner, informed me when on their way, informed me when job was complete and went over results with me. Very professional team. They got my pool cleaned in a shorter, less costly manner than services I'd used before

Pool Scouts is the third company I have hired to close my pool. They are by far the most organized, professional organization that I have worked with and would recommend them to anyone. The price was a little higher than the other two companies but their price included closing chemicals and they removed and plugged all of the inlets which was not done by the other companies.
