PODS Moving & Storage

I had to hire a towing company to move the container or pay $500/day that it was onsite. I will never use this company again. They over sell and under deliver

i like POD. I don't think I could have done it without them.. They ere prompt and on time. I love it. I would used them again..

It rained while I had the POD so when it rained there was water intrusion on the POD. I would not be using them again.

Terrible website, always down so you cant adjust orders, Chat line is dead, phone calls typically are 30 Minutes + ON HOLD before you get someone and get transferred 3x. rediculous cost for poor service .

I had purchased a pod and they picked it and shipped it. They provide the unit and moved it. They charge you for the product, insurance, the shipping and for moving. I think they are very expensieve. They came when they said they were going to come. Overall they are good. I would not use them again in the future.

They brought it over to our house. We kept it for 2 or 3 months, depending on the year it was. Then they would pick it up on the day specified and take it over to the church and leave it there. Then we would unpack it and leave it so they could pick it up and take it away. So, it was all done. The next day was Saturday and they got it taken away before church on Sunday. Then we had goodwill come and pick up what was left from the yard sale. We have so many people from the church, we can't store things. The pod was cleaned out and they were careful not to hit the house when they were putting it by the house. They came when they said.

Everybody put stuff in there and when it was time for the yard sale we just moved it over to the church. We bought a three month bundle plan and didn't have to pay the extra $60 for it to be delivered to my house, $60 to be delivered to the church, and another $60 to pick it up and take it back to the PODS place.

The particular driver we had was fabulous. He was careful not to damage a couple of dogwood trees in our yard. The POD itself leaked when it rained. They were punctual, professional and organized. They showed up when they said they would and delivered it on time. They put the unit where we wanted it and picked it up on time. It was a little more expensive than others we priced, but it was worth the money. We got what we paid for. We asked for the same driver to pick it up and they brought him because we knew he would be careful with the trees. They did everything right and I would use them again. I would just ask for a POD that didn't leak.

I liked them. This is one of the best concepts of moving. They had their contractors who dropped out the pod and I got them moved at my pace. The pods were pretty clean. Other moving companies would have charged over $2000 for the similar service. The contractors they had were very good. They showed up to unpack on time. The guys who came to unpack were professional except for one guy who got me high as he was talking to my daughter. I referred PODS to my brother and they his service much cheaper. I would use them again in the future if needed.

They provided good customer service especially over the phone. I do have a problem with their invoicing and the way they presented the cost and the way the broke down the cost. There was an issue of discrepancy. They did not apply the discount, but they fixed the problem without too much hassle. In general, they showed up on time. Everything was on schedule. They were relatively easy to use even though invoicing was confusing.
