Was a little surprised at the cost of replacing water heater, but first time in 7 years had to replace a major appliance. Technician was on time, courteous and professional. He was patient and knowledgeable and experienced. Was very satisfied with him and work performed.

Edwin not only repaired what he promised, he was also willing to look at the plumbing for my dishwasher and offer additional advice while he was here at no additional charge.

My repairman was great, he was upfront he noticed a few things that were in need of repair. I decided not to go with the gas line because it wasn't budget friendly but did get my water heater flushed and my line fixed.
