Ran into a last minute problem installing a new fixture in kitchen counter top. Contacted Chris through Angie's List and coordinated that way. Good guy. Very professional. The job was neat. Pretty quick. Good work. I basically hit the minimum trip charge because it was a small job. I'm happy with the outcome and would use Phoenix Stone Solutions again.

When they came to give the estimate, they were very professional and courteous, and explained how the process would proceed. On the day the work was completed, the workmen arrived promptly, again explained the work that would take place, removed all etching and dull spots, and applied the sealant. The work was done in a very professional and timely manner, and maintenance of the surface was carefully explained. To date, there have been no problems with the work that was completed and the surfaces look as good as they did a year ago.

Our kitchen was 12 years old and was in need of a renovation. Phoenix Stone Solutions came in and did an amazing job. They replaced our old tile countertop with quartzite and it looks absolutely amazing. Chris even coordinated the other work needed (tile backsplash, electrician). The job was done quickly, on-time and on-budget. Unlike most contractors, Chris showed up when he said he would and the entire experience was quite amazing. We couldn't be happier with the work they did. Chris and Scott (and the rest of the crew) were professional, courteous and knowledgeable; I would not hesitate to recommend them and we will be using them for all future work.

Had a plumbing emergency that required replacing sink faucets. Replacement faucets were too large for holes in granite counter top. Was facing having no kitchen sink for the holidays. Called Phoenix and they came in about 4 hours and revised the holes quickly so the new faucet would fit. Chris Phoenix and his helper were very prompt and professional and left no mess.

They are flexible, and knowledgeable about who they bring into the home to assist with any work that needs to be done. Caroline went with me to help me pick out different types of granite. She went way above and beyond to help find the right cabinet faces. They were on time, did the work, and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again. I would recommend them to others.
