The quality of his work is excellent. The crew was punctual and professional, however lights were left on in the house multiple times. I had a bathroom renovation going on at the same time, and the threshold piece into the bathroom could not be replaced since the bathroom flooring was not complete. Once the bathroom was done, I called Phil to come back and finish the threshold. I called and called and tried and tried to get Phil to come by and finish this one small thing. Three months went by and he stopped returning my calls. After getting very pushy in my messages, I finally found the threshold piece laying on my porch when I came home from work one day. I had to pay someone else to install the piece. The latter part of my interaction with Phil completely changed my opinion of him. At one time, I would have highly recommended him. Not now. Very unprofessional in the end.

He gave us a really reduced rate. It was a damage that some other contractors had done when they put in the fireplace. He just really does quality work. We could not tell were the damage had been done at all, he totally made it right. They looked just like new. He waited and did the work when we were out of town. He worked around out schedule.

His price was in line with everyone else and he did what he was supposed to do but I just didn’t choose him. He was very professional when he came out, he knew what he was doing, and I felt comfortable with him. He responded to me right away and he was on time for our appointment.

They were fantastic. The end result is beautiful. They did the work professionally and efficiently. They knew what they were doing.
