Mark's work was professional. All the repairs were simple for him and I will be using his services in the near future, as I would not hesitated to call on him again. I would tell everyone to call on him as their handyman. Every aspect of his work is quality at a fair price.

The job went well. Mark was easy to work with from first getting a quote to getting a time to do the repairs. He and coworker did a really good job on the repairs. During the repair he notified me that a piece of molding was missing which would allow water to backup and damage the soffit and facia boards. Once the damaged boards were removed we were able to see that there was a water damaged stud underneath the soffit. He installed the missing molding and replaced the damaged stud as well which was not in the original estimate. All I paid for these extra repairs was the material cost from Home Depot. All in all, I was very pleased with the service.

Mark did a wonderful job--meticulous, careful and with a repair that was virtually undetectable. Like new. He knows his stuff and is very versatile. He has done work for us several times and was highly recommended by our real estate agent.

Mark Peoples was very easy to work with. When I called, he returned my call with 30 minutes and apologized that he missed my call in the first place. He came by the next morning to look at the job. He left to go check on price of materials and called me back again within 30 minutes. I accepted he rate and we scheduled a time that worked for both of us. On the day of service, he was on time with all his supplies he needed. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my counter tops were being installed the same day. He was not upset and easily worked about the other crew. He was in and out in about 3.5-4 hours and cleaned up after himself. Very nice man and easy to work with. Thanks Mark.

Spoke with Mark on 1/20/2013 and scheduled the appointment for 1/24/2013 at 09:00a.m. He was very professional and arrived as scheduled. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Mark was very professional and prompt with quoting and completing requested jobs. My expectations were met and thought the price was reasonable for six hours.

I contacted Mark by phone, got him right away, and we immediately scheduled the service for a few days out. He arrived on time, and performed the work flawlessly in a short amount of time. He was very neat about everything, and his charge for the work was very reasonable. He was pleasant, professional and very accommodating. In talking over future work and estimates, he offered me lower cost alternatives. I'm waiting to get estimates from him for additional work, and I do plan to use his services again. I was so very impressed!

Oh my goodness how refreshing to work with a someone who is a man of his word. His work was above anything I had hoped for. I have worked with alot of contractors in the past but Mr. Peoples restored my faith. He went above and beyond to help us redo our entire kitchen and bath. He offered advice throughout the entire process. The finished product is beautiful !!

Mark came out and replaced three toilets for us. He was educated and informative. He will be back to do more work in the near future.

I found Mark's name and reviews on Angie's list. I called him on a Tuesday and he returned my call and came out to give an estimate the same day. He was able to schedule the work for Friday of the same week. He was prompt, did a great job and was very professional. Another bonus is that he accepts credit cards as well as personal check. Honestly, it couldn't have been easier. I recommended him to a coworker the same day and she already scheduled him for another job. Will call him again.

It went well. Mike was responsive, fair with his pricing, and did quality work for us. He also suggested a cheaper repair alternative for the door on my deck which I hadn't considered. I Intend to use him again in the future and would recommend his services to Angie's List members. Additionally, he provided a discount to me as an Angie's list member.

Mark was very responsive, focused on the problem area and quickly determined where he thought the problem was. He provided an estimate for that problem and one other area where he noted a problem on my roof. After we agreed to go forward with the work, he came out and effectively repaired both areas. No subsequent problems have been found and I was very pleased with the professionalism, pricing and quality of the work.

Mark took down a cabinet that was very solidly attached to my kitchen wall, and then rehung it in the garage for some much needed storage there. He patched up the kitchen wall, repainted the area,and hung a new shelf in its place. All in about 2 hours. He was courteous, professional, and cleaned up when finished. He also gave me some suggestions on how to do another minor repair. I was very pleased with his work and would definitely call him again for any handyman-type tasks.

I called Mark and said I had a small job, but needed someone to hang a very heavy bulletin board in my kitchen and well as two other large pictures and artwork in my home. I wanted someone professional to do the job without making a mess of my newly painted walls. Mark was very professional and came over the next day to give me an estimate and completed the work. He even went to home depot to purchase what I needed. The job was done quickly and right!! I would use him again for other large and small jobs I have around my home. It's a pleasure to work with someone that is on-time, professional, trustworthy, and does a great job. I will use Mark again!

Mark was very professional with his estimate giving us less expensive alternatives and ideas for correcting the problems. He didn't hesitate to fix the little things like the stair rail or the closet hook. He was very personable, and instilled in us a sense of trustworthiness and honesty. We will definitely have him come out again as needed.

We have used him before for a similar task. We liked that he's willing to do the small tasks that we can't do because we are not good with our hands. He is punctual and his prices are pretty reasonable. We recommend him.
