Mark called to say that he could come earlier than planned. This was much more convenient to me and I'm glad that he took the initiative. Mark worked so quickly and quietly that I was surprised that he was done in such a short time. But he was! He also cleaned up after himself. I had expected a bigger mess from drilling in the walls but he was very thorough about cleaning up. I already have started a second list for Mark to do on his next visit. I'll put his number on speed dial.

Mark is a great guy to work with and I will use him again. The painter Mark use was not as thorough as on previous jobs but Mark it right. The painter came back the next day and touched up places his crew missed. He also put back the rest of the deck furniture and picked up the trash left by his crew.

I never received an estimate or a call from Mark so I called him again on Friday. He apologized and said he had been swamped with work but would get me the estimate that evening. I gave him through the weekend but never received the estimate. On Monday morning, 10/14/13, I sent him an email canceling my request for service and explained why I could not give him a good review. I immediately received an email and a voice message stating he did send it and I should check my spam folder. It was not in my spam folder, I had already thought of that, but I did check it again just to be sure. There was nothing, and he did not offer to resend it, which is what I would have done had I been in his position. This is the first bad review I have given on Angie's List and I wish I didn't have to give this one. My initial meeting with Mark was a positive one. Too bad the end result was not.

Mark's work was excellent. He is a very polite, confident person. Great personality, professional in every way. Shows up on time, finishes the work on time, and is not distracted while he is at work.

He looked at the area, went to get the supplies, and completed the job quickly. He also gave us an estimate for some other projects, so we've scheduled another date with Mark; he is very professional and is able to take on our other projects (drywall, framing a closet, and molding replacement).

Mark let us know he would clean our gutters first, then make repairs in the bathroom. He noticed the gutters in the front of the house had a crack and said water leakage could cause sidewalk damage. Our gutters were cleaned and sealed. He installed two new sink stoppers in the bathroom that were not working properly. We are happy the bathroom sinks are now fixed. Mark is knowledgeable, fast, and courteous. This is our second job request for Mark in less than a month. He did a great job!!!

Mark arrived on time and removed the old microwave and installed the new one during our lunch break.

Mark arrived on time, he provided all materials, he was very respectful and polite. His work was finished in one day, including picking up a new light fixture that broke when he removed it from the ceiling (not his fault, but he did not charge extra for the new fixture). Very professional work, great work ethic. He provided specific instructions that will ensure a long-lasting job.

Mr. Peoples was very personable, professional and promptly arrived on time. He realigned the mailbox post (which was leaning forward and looked really bad) the previous owners didn't put enough concrete in the ground to secure the post. He was able to make the necessary repairs, fillers and paint. Mark made sure we were in compliance with the homeowner's association guidelines. Once the job was complete our mailbox and post is standing up straight and looks brand new!!!! Mark did an excellent job and we will definitely use him for future projects.

Mark did a fantastic job! He was flexible with my scheduling needs and very prompt. His work was done professionally and efficient. My kitchen now has a high end look thanks to his work on the island. I enjoyed working with him and already have a future project lined up for him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Called for an estimate for miscellaneous odd jobs that needed fixing. Call was returned promptly. We set up a time for Mark to come by and go over list. He gave a fair estimate and a time was arranged within two weeks to begin. He arrived promptly on that day with one helper. They went right to work, and all repairs were finished within six hours. He also went by a home supply store during his lunch to pick up a needed closure for the door. They were very professional and extremely tidy. He has a one year warranty on his work. I will hire again.

He did an exceptionally good job with it. When he put the post in, he was very careful to level it up and have it at the right height for the United States Postal Service minimums. It looks terrific. It was very positive.

He had all my odd jobs and projects done perfectly in 45 minutes . I will be calling him back to again to finish other small jobs later on in the future.

Placed a call for an estimate. Received a call back within an hour. He was professional and advised me that due to a vacation that he could not do the estimate until after July 4th weekend. I appreciated his honesty and would call him in the future if the need arises.

Mark does a great job! He did everything we needed done in a professional and courteous manner. He went above and beyond on a few repairs that had some unforeseen complications. I would definitely recommend and will definitely use this company again.

Terrific service! Had a relatively simple list of repairs needed as part of the sale of our house. Mark was out within 48 hours of our call. He addressed all items in about an hours time and for a very reasonable charge. A few days later the buyers threw us a curve with a couple of last minute "additions" to their list. Mark cheerfully came back out to address those as well...and at no extra charge. We have plans for alterations/additions to both the interior and exterior of our new home and will certainly give Mark a call.

I called Mark to set up an appointment for an estimate on fixing 3 items in my house. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. He called me the morning of to confirm the appointment time, and he promptly arrived. He was professional and very pleasant to work with. He was able quickly give me an estimate on fixing my front door, and was actually able to fix it right then. It took him very little time, and I was pleased with his work. I also had two smaller items that needed fixed, and I could have probably done them on my own, but wasn't exactly sure how. He explained to me how to do it, and I will be able to fix these later - this saved me money, which I appreciated. There was an item on my shower door which needed fixed, and although he was unable to procure the parts necessary to fix it, he referred me to a glass specialist. I did not have huge jobs for him to do, but I was overall very pleased with his work, professionalism, promptness, and demeanor. I will call him again for the next project. Thanks, Mark!

Mark performed the work on Thursday, April 4th. I was very satisfied with the work he performed...fixing a bathroom door that would not latch and replacing a cracked threshold in the bathroom. I especially liked that he was very neat with all his materials. At the last minute I also asked him for an estimate regarding replacing some tiles in the bathroom. Mark was very helpful in providing an estimate for both the tile repair and replacing the entire floor. I would certainly hire him again and even asked him about possibly installing a tile back splash at a home we are building in Apex.
