Mark responded quickly to our inquiry, provided a reasonable quote and delivered quality work. The floor he laid down looks better than the part that was already there. He cleaned up after his work and was pleasant to work with. We would hire him again.

We could not be more pleased with Mark and his team. He was an excellent resource during the entire project. He assisted us with locating good vendors and able to guide us through the proper questions to ask. We could not have completed the project without him and look forward to working with him on future projects.

They had the best pricing out of the other companies I looked into. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about 4 hours. They were very efficient and nice to work with. They even left a hole in the wall so I could connect all my devices. I plan on having them back to help connect everything for me. I had no problem scheduling with the company.

Arrived on time and did a wonderful job installing the chair rail. Have used him in the past and will use him again..always excellent work and fair pricing.

Called on Friday, and Mark was able to come out on Wed. of the following week to work on doors. He arrived a few minutes early, which is great. Very professional, cleaned up his work area before he left. Will use again for future remodels and repairs.

We had high hopes since it seemed like this company was a perfect fit for this and future projects, but after two no-shows we've decided to move on. After Mark didn't show up for the first appointment, we were able to contact him and reschedule. He'd mentioned that he recently got a new phone so lost the text message with our address. Mistakes happen, so no big deal. This morning, however, was the second no-show without a call. You can lead a horse to water....

Work was completed as quoted and Mark did a good job all the way around. He offered some good suggestions for some items I was struggling with and everything turned out well. Would definitely recommend Mark and will be using him again for future projects.

Mark and Ernie were great to work with. After discovering a rotted trim board above our garage, we removed the board intending to replace it ourselves but found additional rot in the underlying layers. We got four estimates for the job. Mark was the only one who took the time to explain the cause of the problem when he came out to give an estimate (the builders hadn't installed flashing) and exactly what he would do to not just fix the trim but also make sure the same thing didn't happen again. The work was performed as promised and in a timely manner, the work area was spotless when they left (actually better than they found it, since they blew the leaves off our driveway), and we paid exactly what was estimated. We will definitely call Mark again should we need any additional work done on our home.

I requested the disposal be replaced. Peoples identified the reason the unit was not working, cleaned out the debris and returned it to full service without replacing the unit.

On time, professional and personable! Gave a detailed estimate with explanation of the work to be done. Completed work in a very timely manner. Got gutter contractor here the same day, and they did a great (better than I expected) job! Highly Recommended!!!

This is my 2nd time using Mark and was pleased again. Arrived on time and did an excellent job. Would definitely use him again.

Reached out to several Home Repair specialists on Angies List and Mark Peoples was the only one which answered all calls himself. Set up appointment and Mark comes by to evaluate the job and work up a price quote. Agreed on using a Vinyl over the wood on the exterior. Requested email quote in a few days and when I didn't receive in 5 or 6 days gave a call and got the price and an apology for not sending sooner. Quote was good and agreed on a date to do the job. There was a threat of rain but job completed by noon. Looks great and the work area cleaned up nicely. Did have to ask for receipt and did not get any written warranty. Very good experience and I would use Peoples Home Service again and recommend him.

I had an appointment for Ernie to come and do a number of small jobs around my house. He did not show up or call me. I called the office number and the message said they would be out until June 30th! I lost a half day of work to be here for ths appointment today. This is unprofessional in my book.

Excellent! Mark and Ernie are very professional and did a great job with all services performed. Cleaned up everything and hauled away what i did not want. Would definitly use them again and highly recommend them.

I called Mark to get a repair done at my rental property. Even though his week was booked he understood that my tenant needed it fixed and he fit us in. He sent someone to fix the problem, they arrived on time and left my tenant very happy.

Great! I got multiple quotes, although Mark wasn't the cheapest, he was the most responsive and was very professional, worked me into his schedule quickly. He called in advance to confirm the appointment, went straight to work and finished up in record time. I thought my list would take a full day, even for 2 people. But they were finished in 3 hours. When completed, they made sure I was happy with each item, cleaned up their mess. If you need a handyman service, this is who you should call.

Marc arrived on the agreed time on the 27th as we planned. He is gave us the estimate of $175, which we felt was fair. He removed the old range and took it outside for me. He cut the counters, removed the wood and cleaned up after he was finished. He was fast , efficient and super nice. He did an excellent job, I couldn't be more pleased. He didn't even mind the many dogs we have who of course were super nosy and had to supervise. We will definitely be using his services again.

They did good job per my son (he lives in this home). The charges were a little expensive for this amt / kind of work but it was done timely and well.

Mark was great! He was prompt and professional throughout the experience. I contacted him via angle's list email and he responded quickly, was able to get my work scheduled and finished within a few weeks and was on time and efficient. I was impressed that there was nothing we could throw at him that he couldn't/wouldn't do. Having had some negative experiences in the past with contractors/home repair persons, Mark was a pleasant surprise. We are very glad we have found him and I would not only recommend him but do plan on calling him the next time something breaks or we need help!

He is a very efficient handyman. I would certainly hire Mark again to make any repair in my home. His truck's tool box is equipped to handle any job which impressed me when an unexpected paint job was necessary to fully install the downspouts. Paint brush? Yep. Stir stick? Yep. All the jobs were quickly done and everything looks and works great. Hire Mark. You won't be sorry.

Mark finished all of my projects and helped me with 2 more chores not on the original list. Mark hung shelves, fixed screens, repaired a bunk bed and installed closet shelving. He was on time, cleaned up after himself and was thoroughly professional. I highly recommend Mark's services. Mark arrived at 10am and finished everything by 2pm, including a trip to a big box store to purchase the necessary supplies. I will definitely call Mark again.
