+ -1 morevery well. We have used him several times as our heat pump is fairly old. The first time we had problems we had someone tell us we need new unit, air handler etc for about 8,000$. I heard about Penny from someone through work and he repaired it for a little over 100$ (capacitor I think it was). We have used him for several years now and our heat pump still works and have never spent over 200$ per year. This is a small locally owned company. We have had the owner come or his helper, they were both courteous, prompt and professional. I trust them not to recommend something I don't need.
