house cleaning
+ -1 moreWe've had this service for a long time (close to 10 years now?). Natalia is just the third person who's cleaned our house for this company. The low turnover has been great;the last two became practically part of our family, and Natalia is well on her way. The down side of low turnover is that we all grieved when Esther and Lucy each left. That's definitely a problem that's good to have in this field. We're always comfortable knowing who is in our house and have never once wondered whether something was missing, etc. Every now and then, we get ambitious and do a very thorough, between cleanings, and are always pleasantly surprised at the in-depth cleaning that is clearly regularly done. The few times that we've had concerns (always related to learning early in the job), all we had to do is talk briefly with either the cleaner or Pawel, and it was instantly and permanently resolved. The price does go up occasionally to keep up with the market.
Description of Work: Pawel's employee, Natalia, comes to our house every other week and cleans our 2100 sq. ft. house for about three hours. We pay at the end of each month for the number of cleanings for that month. Usually it's two cleanings but occasionally the calendar works out so that it's three cleanings in a calendar month. We pay $90 per cleaning. They do a terrific job. They're very thorough, and do any extras that we ask for cheerfully and well. The service is consistent, reliable, punctual, and high quality. It's a pleasure to have Natalia in our house;she's friendly and very good with our children. We try to leave when possible or at least stay out of our way, but she is always happy to adjust her routine so that she is as unintrusive as possible.
