Description of Work: I ordered a $189 centerpiece Christmas arrangement that totaled over $200 with tax and delivery. The arrangement included pillar candles. It arrived with limp old flowers. The pillar candles were not secured in the arrangement and crushed some of the flowers. The card in the arrangement was wet. We found three flowers in the driveway that fell off the arrangement as the delivery person carried it to the door. The candles were not the color advertised. Fortunately I was there to see the finished product of the gift I had sent to my family members, however I was quite embarrassed.

Description of Work: Delivered floral arrangement.

Description of Work: Called and placed order and delivery to business for my wife locally ~11:00am. Spoke to a live person (Rick). He never mentioned he was with answering service. Asked him direct question when flowers would be delivered. He stated early afternoon. We went on to confirm price, email, addresses, etc... At 4:00pm, my wife calls me about another subject and does not mention delivery or any items related to service...strange? Call Provider back at 4:20pm and spoke with Bethany. She had trouble at first locating my order. Then she conveys that they are out on delivery. I told her this was unsatisfactory. I dont want the flowers delivered at or after my wife's business closing hours and that no one contacted me to convey status change of order. I repeated what Rick told me directly. I informed her I either want my order cancelled or delivered for a credit. Bethany told me she call me back and find out what happen. At 4:45pm, Bethany called back to inform me it was 1) too late to make a delivery today (she told me in earlier call they were out for delivery) and 2) that the owner/manager listened to the audio recording and that Rick who took my order never stated when delivery would be made and essentially that Rick never promised or stated any delivery reference. I understand early afternoon to be between 1-3pm. Bethany told me they could deliver them tomorrow for half price. I told her unacceptable and and I want a full refund back. Flower deliveries usually have a time/date reason behind them. Very disappointed in this company's service.
