We went to go check out the rugs. Made an appointment the first time but the owner was not there on time. I had sent them a picture of the rug from their website we wanted to see but they were not inclined to pull it out. Rather showing us s similar but not the exact one we were looking for to purchase. Went again with our checkbook in tow but still no interest from the owner to really help out. They have nice quality stuff but it shouldn't be the customer putting in this much effort to try to buy something. I'm sure they do fine but if you have a prior customer coming to buy more stuff, you would certainly want to give them better customer service. I would recommend them for their quality of products but be mindful of the disappointing customer service.
