It was nice speaking with you over the phone. We always do our best to meet with potential clients as soon as possible. We do, however, schedule estimates in the order we receive the requests. Friday was an option on our calendar, however due to the MLK holiday weekend you were going out of town. We discussed over the phone that next week would be a possibility and we would play it by ear. Description of Work: They did a small patio that was designed for helping with a drainage problem. We now have a dry patio area. After finishing we were asked if we wanted the patio sealed for additional price. we wished it was discussed before the paving. We are happy with their work.

There was miscommunication about meeting. Before driving to give an estimate I call to verify the homeowner is there. I called twice and there was no answer, therefore no estimate was given. Description of Work: I can not express in words how WONDERFUL my experience was with Nicolas and his crew! He is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with. Thank you for the opportunity to bid on your project. Yes, unfortunately the city charges for dumping. Whenever possible we try to find other areas around the property to spread the dirt, however, we are not always able to do that due to drainage concerns.

Description of Work: Installed 2' paver border to existing driveway. Removed old concrete sidewalk and installed pavers. Nicolas is very professional and great communicator. He and his crew install pavers the correct way with proper depth and compacting of base materials. They use the best materials and are very experienced with not only paver installation but surveying the job for proper drainage. Would definitely use again for next landscaping project.

One large need was to redirect the drainage further from the house. | |The plan was reviewed with me and discussed prior to any work. |The company and workers are very professional and responsible.
