M&T Friendly Tree Service

I had a dead tree in my backyard and wanted it removed before a hurricane came. The company was very responsive in coming to my house the day I called them to quote the job. They returned the next day to remove the tree.

Great experience!! Professional job in removing tree and stump. Super people to work with and would hire them again. Am giving their contact information to my friends. A pleasure to work with people who know how to get the job done.

Overall a very good experience. The only issue was when they arrived to cut down some trees the man who use the equipment for removing the stumps was not available so they had to come back another day. I believe about three days later they contacted me and set up the completion of the service. Overall I was very satisfied and the price seemed Fair. Between using the phone and SMS messaging communication was good. And I was actually given a quote over the phone and by email as I sent them a photo of the word that needed to be done.

Service was quick and easy. We had 6 trees removed and price was good. Was not happy with how things were left after the job.

Submitted a request and had a quote the next day. They had the best competitive price and were able to squeeze us in the following day before a 3-day weekend. Crew was a little late in arriving than expected but it wasn't an issue. Their earlier job had taken a bit longer than expected and we were the afternoon project. We had 3 Bradford Pear trees removed, 1 Leyland Cypress was also taken down with great care not to damage the pool nearby. We also had them chip some branches that were on the ground along with the felled trees. It took them about 90 minutes total, including loading and unloading equipment. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again. They also executed two copperhead snakes that had made their home in the pile of branches.

The work crew arrived on time and completed tree removal without damage to my property.

They responded to my call quickly. I did not have an emergency tree situation. They came to look at the tree and provide a quote within a couple days. Great price and they were quick to come out and get it done. All done and cleaned up in a day. Would recommend!

Promptly called us and had a quote the next day. Reasonably priced. Good follow up. Kept us well informed as to when they would arrive to take the tree down. Clean up after tree was removed was very good.

I received 5 bids for this project and their bid was the best. They were prompt with everything they did. They showed up to give the bid as scheduled. They worked with our vacation plans to schedule the work. Leo and his crew showed up on time and worked hard to complete the job in one day. Penny was pleasant to deal with and she kept me informed from the first phone call until the last call to make sure the work was completed and that I was satisfied. The only con that I had, I have already communicated to Penny. If you are going to charge a fee for using a credit card that should be noted on the website and on the bid. I make it a practice to not pay a credit card fee, so I wrote a check, but I was a bit frustrated. With that said, I would highly recommend M&T Friendly Tree Service.

Very prompt, good work at a fair price

They were very reasonable on their price. They do very good work. They were on time and cleaned up before leaving.

After multiple bids we selected M&T. Had 6 large pine trees removed from yard. All trees will very close to chain link fence, work shop and house. The trees were removed professionally and safely. It's really amazing to watch them work. They know what they are doing and they cleaned up after completion of project. Oh yea they scheduled the job to meet my need to have trees removed before we left on vacation working until 9 pm to get all the clean up completed. Would hire again without hesitation. Overall clean up was good. However branch fell after they left.

We hired M&T to remove two overgrown holly trees. They took care of everything including removing the stumps and cleaning up all the debris in less than an hour. They we re amazing. And my house looks great.

The scheduling of the project had to be adjusted several times due to weather conditions but I was called each time and was given a call 30 minutes before they arrived

Showed up and got it done!
