They did a good job. Essentially, they hit a reset button on the unit. I know how to resolve that issue in the future at least now, but I did have to pay the $200 trip fee to them. They didn't tell me about the fee until after they had already come out.

It turned out well. There was one leak a couple weeks later, but we called and let them know. They came right out and took care of it.

It was a long time ago, but they were fine. No major problems that I recall.

These guys were fantastic. Special kudos to Chad at Mr Rooter! Not only on-time but early both visits. Work was spec'd out late on a Friday and Chad arrived bright and early Saturday morning to do the work!!! And this was after he got me up and running for Friday evening. I've owned multiple homes and have had a LOT of service work done in the last 25 years. I've NEVER seen a guy hustle like this guy did. Example: He had to drain the existing tank... that takes about 15min. or so. Most guys would consider this a 15min smoke break or a chance to chill out and check out their phone. Not Chad. While the tank was draining, he runs outside to start prepping the new tank for installation. He had this tank fully installed in about an hour! Last time I needed this done it was a 3-hour ordeal! Add on top that it was one of the best prices I got and I consider these guys to be A+++. I will use them again and refer them whole-heartedly!

Chad was fantastic. Our home warranty company coordinated his work, so I'm not sure about the cost. His company was the second to come out and he was able to do what the other company could not. He worked late on New Year's Eve to get our sewer working and came back on New Year's Day during daylight to find the problem (which turned out to be in the street). He gave us a detailed receipt and other information that we needed to provide to the City so that it could make repairs. He was punctual, thorough, courteous, and gave us quotes for other work that we're contemplating that we consider to be reasonable and answered all of our questions about the existing systems in our old house. He was excellent and I will use his again without question.

terrible. They came 1st thing in am on next day was told there was NO cost to show up and diagnose. the dug a few holes, proded a few areas, jamming rod right into cast iron line, rookies! Told I needed 80ft of pvc and two cleanouts added. Told I could either pay $2900 for the job or pay $300 for their time to come out. I told them I would pay $2000 cash, on the spot, they said that was below their cost, LOL. I had another contractor come and price job at $1500, he did great job!! They called to better "sell" me the job and said they could now do $1800!! What a joke!! as I was going to pay them $2000 on site!! I will never deal with them again trying to "sell" their work, and I will tell EVERYONE I can and know how they try to price gouge!! What a shame for the average homeowner that doesn't know anything, and believes what they say!!

He did an excellent job. If this would have happened M-F 8 to 5 I'm sure I could have found a better price but $300 on a Sunday on Greenville and to have the guy at my door within the hour was well worth the money.

I was out of town and my wife called me when the toilet stopped working - she thought one of the kids may have flushed a toy down the toilet. I called Mr. Rooter and they came the same day, fixed the issues, and got us back up and running. With 5 kids, that is important!

They were good. I will use them again if I needed.
