The gentleman was punctual and professional. The pricing was transparent, and the work was done well.

He arrived on time and explained everything in detail regarding the needed repairs. He was very professional and courteous. The shower has been working perfectly since that time.

The plumbers work was very good in finding the correct way to fix the outside faucet (which cost 50$ in addition to the Angie Deal of 50 for 150$). He wanted an additional 200$ to fix the connection to the sink because it was a smaller size pipe. The 50 for 150 plumbing job was only if all the pipe was the same size- which was NOT noted on the Angie List ad. My husband thought it seemed like false advertising to get clients. The plumber knew nothing of what was stated in the Angies List ad.

The guy was nice and came within the given window. He put a mat down outside, wore booties and put a pad down in front of the sink. They have a preset price per job instead of an hourly rate and he showed me the price in the book which means I didn't watch the clock the whole time. So far so good.

We called Mr. Rooter for service around noon and they had someone out by 3pm. The repair man was very professional and on time. He explained everything that he was doing and it was fixed right!! We also benefited from buying a coupon for $50 to get $150 off our service. We were very pleased with the cost and service!!!!

the plumber was very professional and did a very good job. my only concern was that I had a couple of other minor jobs and their prices were very high. I will find the time to do those jobs myself.

The guy (I think his name was Mike...but not sure, so much time has passed) was very pleasant and careful. Installing the ice-maker valve was tricky and took some time, but he did a good job. We are very happy with all three of his installations and with the total experience.

He was unable to remove the frozen valve to replace the cartridge so his recommendation was for a full replacement of the entire shower faucet. The price quoted by Mr. Rooter was $630. I mentioned that I would like to get other estimates before this job was performed. I was charged $150 though my coupon cost brought that down to $50. He was at the house a total of 40min. Because of the $150 diagnostic cost seemed very high to me I called another plumber and the same work was done for a total of $425 for everything (labor, parts, taxes). I have no idea if the Mr. Rooter's $630 quote included everything but even if it did I saved over $200 by making a second phone call to Busy Bee Plumbers.

The tech was on time. He was professional and nice. He seemed inexperienced; I had to call the next day to have another tech come fix a running toilet (the first tech didn't install a flapper valve properly). Also, the first tech left marks all over the walls of three out of the four bathrooms he worked on. The second tech told me it would come off easily. I think he missed the point.

Mr. Rooter contacted me within 24 hours of my obtaining the deal through Angie's List. An appointment was obtained within days of my initial contact. My concerns were documented and the plumber provided options following his assessment. I was impressed with the overall professionalism displayed by everyone I came in contact with from Mr. Rooter. I would recommend their service to others. I can appreciate their respect for time, communication style, and their plumber who embodied professionalism as well as knowledge of his craft.

They did not do the work, they gave me an estimate that was to high. I did appreciate their input

The work went Great and I am pleased. He arrived on time and put on his pink shoe covers to protect my floors. After I explained the problem, he went right to work. Afterwards, he explained to me what he had do to fix the problem and answered all my questions. He checked all the plumbing in the house and pointed out other repairs that are needed and assured me he had the parts. I would have got the work completed today but I an appointment outside my home. YES!... I will be contacting them for the other things that needed to be repaired.

No deals here, believe the reviews. I purchased a $150 service coupon for $50. Do not fall for it. Contractor showed up at the tail-end of the 4 hour appointment window, performing service mostly beyond the expected window. I explained the work that needed to be done (I had this done on a different faucet 2 years ago, so have a pretty good idea what's involved and what the cost should be). Contractor evaluated and provided a detailed written shockingingly high estimate on multi-carbon pre-printed form. As he was explaining the estimate for $313, he showed me a price book with beautiful pre-printed set of colorful laminated charts with a gorgeous fonts, indicating, I didn't make this up, see it's in the price book, as if this book was some sort of gospel interpretation of plumbing prices (like they do at the car dealership service centers). For example, a $75 upcharge above the repair price for crawl space work (20 minutes, at most in my situation). Having had this exact service done for about $150 two years prior, I was completely put off by this practice, and told them, " it was totally unacceptable, I would return the coupon and do business elsewhere." The contractor remained professional, as did I, and merely said, " I can talk to my supervisor". Not wanting the hassle of re-hiring someone else on a small job, I agreed to a $25 discount below the estimate, and, including my coupon, ended up paying $183, for a "discounted" $313 service, that should have been no more $150-$175 to begin with. Ultimately, it felt like a "graciously predatory" experience and cannot recommend this company, even though I believe the service performed was probably competent.

Service tech showed up exactly on time and listened attentively to my plumbing problem. Placed a mat outside my home to wipe his feet and placed booties on his shoes to keep from tracking in. Assessed the situation with my leaky bathtub tap and offered solutions. He was quick to make the repair as he knew I had to go back to work.

I purchased three of these deals. He told me that I was not able to use the other two for the other work that I needed. Had this been stated in the deal I would have never purchased all three of them.

Everything was fine, in and out in about 30 minutes but I think the price was too much. We bought a "deal" - $50 for $150 worth of work figuring that would easily cover the faucet repair. Nope-still had to pay $17 out of my pocket. A bit much in my opinion.

They were going to come out on the 12th between 1:00-4:00, and they never showed up. I called them and rescheduled another 4 hour block for the next morning, and they never showed up again. I called them once more, and they said they would send someone out right away. When he finally arrived he tried to upsell me. He was going to charge me $450.00 for what I ended up paying $35.00 to get done.

Went well; No complaints. Tech was great.

Mr. Router's people were polite, punctual and very expensive.

First of all, thanks to Angies list for leading me to these folks, they were great :)! We are DIY'ers but hit a wall with this one so we decided to call in the professionals. We have never worked with a plumber and had heard many horror stories, so we were a little scared to call anyone in. So I went to Angies list in search of reviews and decided on Mr. Rooter. A convenient time was scheduled, they came within the time frame agreed on, and they called to let me know the schedule of arrival. Justin was great and knew just what to do:)! He was quick, professional and informational about the issue and how he solved it. No horror stories here, if you have plumbing issues give these guys a call. They will let you know the price up front before they do the work so there are no surprises. We may just give up some of the DIY in the future now we have a dependable and trustworthy source to get the job done right. Thank you Justin and Mr. Rooter :)!

They sent out two guys for the job. They seemed nice and completed the job by the end of the day. They didn't come prepared with everything they needed though. They had run out and get more parts.

They came out on time. I didn't have them do the work because they were too expensive. They wanted well over $1,000 to dig a 5 foot hole. It was under my patio and that price didn't include putting the patio back together either.

They completed the job in a couple of hours. They left my lawn looking fine!

They did a good job. Essentially, they hit a reset button on the unit. I know how to resolve that issue in the future at least now, but I did have to pay the $200 trip fee to them. They didn't tell me about the fee until after they had already come out.
