Description of Work: The serviceman came to my house right on time and was very polite and professional. I was worried immediately when he pulled out a notebook on service prices instead of cost per hour and an estimate on how long the job would take. He quoted me $450 to change out my refrig water line valve!!! Are You Kidding Me!!?? I called Cary Plumbing immediately and they did the job for $95. They also did a very large job in my house and have been back numerous times since. I only use Cary Plumbing. The tech was understanding that the job was so expensive. I won't use Mr. Rooter again. But they were prompt and very polite and professional and showed on time. Just way too expensive. Wasted $50.

Description of Work: They removed my garbage disposal and re-plumbed the sink incorporating the dishwasher drain line. Excellent service. Knowledgeable staff. Very courteous and professional. All pricing was up front and no hidden costs.

Description of Work: The response time for scheduling was excellent. | |Pricing was a bit high considering the quality of work performed. The faucet was replaced as advertised; however, at a price of $162, I would expect the work area to be cleaned up upon completion. | |My wife and I didn't realize that standing water had been left in our encapsulated crawlspace until there was an issue with the kitchen faucet water pressure. We went under the house and noticed significant pools of water in various locations. I wasn't home at the time of the work being completed so I don't know if a bucket was even used under the house. | |It took several beach towels to dry up the water under the house. It would've been alright with us if the tech had simply told my wife that there was water under the home and that he didn't have any means to clean it up. I would've done what I ended up having to do anyway and cleaned it up. To not be told of the issue and simply let the water sit is unacceptable, especially for the price paid. | |The kitchen water pressure was due to sediment from the well water and I will say that after my wife called Mr. Rooter, they sent the tech back out quickly. He arrived a short time later and cleared out the sediment from the filter and the kitchen faucet was good to go. | |The tech confirmed that the water in the crawlspace was from where he had to cut the pipe. Again, why no mention of this upon his original departure is baffling.

And then he went to the crawl space just to see how the house plumbing was doing. I consider this above-and-beyond and will use them again.
